It was easy to get an appointment. The spa mani and pedi included hand/foot masks and a paraffin wax which was very nice. However, in the process the mani/pedi took just over 2.5 hours (after the 60 min massage) which meant spending almost 4 hours at the salon. I had called in advance while booking my apt to ask how long it would take, and was told in total it would be 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed that the manicure started chipping within hours of coming home. They use exclusively Zoya polish for their regular polish. The color I chose was streaky, so the layers applied were so thick that even not touching anything for over an hour was not enough. Additionally, the color selection was pretty limited - I had initially wanted yellow for summer but it was not available. Overall, was nice for a gift card. Plan your day accordingly if you come.

The stylist does do the twists slightly differently compared to others I have had do the same style on me in the past. She braids it a little and then performs the twists. She also doesn't knot the ends. She does still dip the ends in hot water. There were also some communication issues regarding pricing. Initially, I was told $200 over the phone. Upon completion, she told me the price was $260. I told her that wasn't what she told me when I called and she agreed to accept the $200 plus the tip. I believe this business has the potential to improve by implementing clear pricing and communication practices. Posting prices visibly could enhance the overall experience for customers in the future and ensure everyone is on the same page from start to finish.

I had no soak and no lotion massage, no shaping........I did have a junior stylist that had no idea what she was doing. She cut my nails as short as possible, after the first one, I had to let her finish so they would all be the same length. After she cut them, she asked if I wanted them short. They use Zoya nail polish that has tiny brushes, she was dripping the nail polish on and spreading it out. I told her it was too thick and she said she was trying to get rid of the streaks, I asked to take it off a do just clear. She dripped that on as well. My nails are not even, they actually have corners. I am so disappointed. I came home, removed the goop, shaped and polished my own nails.

I went to a consult with Patty who said she could get me the red color I wanted my hair to be. Yesterday I went in for the hair appointment and Patty was very professional. She was always asking if I was okay and comfortable. She offered me a drink. She talked to me the whole time I was there (about three hours since my hair needed bleached and two red dyes). So the time was great. For all that we did, I thought it was going to take longer. I have never been so happy with my hair ever in my life. Patty did literally a PERFECT job on my hair! Not only did she get me to the red I wanted, but she gave me a haircut that was even better than I thought it would look like. I am obsessed with my hair and get compliments all the time on it. At the end she didn't style my hair and just asked if the length was ok.
