I got Boho knotless braids and this was my first time getting them. I just got done and I already have a lot of compliments. I will be returning to her for my hair going forward! I have been looking for someone to do my hair on this side of town since I moved here and I've finally found someone! I expressed I wanted the same exact style I had in and that I wanted who was doing the new style to be the one who was taking them out so they are able to see how it was. I was told she would be able to do the same style without seeing it. Anyways my hair was take down and washed and then after that was complete I waited another 30 minutes for the stylist to get back to do my hair. I sent the stylist photos of my style as she wasn't the one who took it down and wouldn't know what I wanted. Halfway through the style when I was turned towards a mirror she goes "by the way it's not going to be the exact way you asked for". Towards the end of it her next client came in and she started to rush to finish mine as if she wasn't over an hour late on her own schedule. Meanwhile the whole time my hair was being done she was arguing with her boyfriend about a card he was using of hers on his doordash account and not focusing on me the client. My hair was not done correct and also slipped rubber banding the ends of my braids and just left the ends curly and messy. I booked with her though booksy and then when it came time to pay she claimed to only take cash which is the whole point of booksy being that it's paid through Booksy. Never going back there extremely unprofessional

Erin (his stylist) was incredible with him, she explained everything she was doing (there was lots to be cut) and cut cautiously so he wasn't too shocked with how much she was actually taking off. She was patient and as sweet as anyone could possibly be with a toddler. I could not recommend this salon more. Talk about going above and beyond for a customer!! I needed to trim my beard for a media event I was attending, so I gave this place a shot because it was local. I'm terrible at telling a stylist what I want done with my hair, I know what I want it to look like, but I don't know how to facilitate it to the professional. Chrissy understood that, and was patient and worked with me, now she knows what I want without even asking, and I'm greeted with a warm welcome every time. The staff is VERY professional and sociable, and the pricing is fair. I never feel cheated, and my experiences have been enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone. I will continue to come here and recommend this place to everyone I know. This place is phenomenal, and I can't wait for them to succeed.

During my last visit July 25, 2026, there was a shortage of staff due to an event the employees were attending at Noon on a Saturday. The stylist I booked with was leaving early for the day and Ashley did my gel manicure. I was concerned because my polish, even gel) doesn't last longer than 7-10 days. Ashley took her time and even recommended a polish to strengthen my nails. I was amazed my manicure lasted one month!!! Will definitely return for my next manicure.
