I went here after my friends recommended the place. I've been growing my brows out for months because I don't like my brows thin and I wanted to get them professionally reshaped. I put my faith in this place and she waxed off all of my progress and growth. Now Im so unahppy with my eyebrows and I have to wait MONTHS for them to grow back. Giving another update on this business!! So I had some hesitation to come back here but my friend who has never had an issue with them told me that they have improved. I went back to the same woman who cut my skin before but thought she has probably improved on her technique. I can say that I am truly happy that I came back. They hired another employee but I stayed loyal to the one lady. She has perfectly shaped my eye brows to compliment my facial frame. And have figured out that if you do not hold your skin taut enough, you are more than likely going to get thread cuts. It also depends on how close to the skin she gets as well. The reason why I've been coming back here is because they are very consistent with their store hours. I've never had to wait for someone to come in and open up the shop. And the prices are a little lower than other competitors which is a plus. Definitely give them a try! read more

I got my upper lip and eyebrow wax. I usually get my eyebrow threaded but the place I was going to before always rushed and never did them how I wanted them done. When I went to Bhavana she did them perfect! Exactly how I have always wanted them to look like. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and trim. If one star was an option, this would be the time for it. She ruined my henna party. Rude, terrible henna work, disrespectful, dishonest. Called me the morning of my parry to tell me she could only be there for a half hour and to make sure everyone was there, "I'm fast", and tried coming before my party even started because she had other plans now. I also asked her ahead of time if she wanted compensation for her drive, she said no. The morning of she said she wanted $20 for her 20 minute drive from Parma to Brunswick. I paid her travel time and for all my girls henna even though they were not all there yet and didn't get it done. She changed the fee once she got to my house aswell. It went from $7 a hand to $10, I paid the $20 for everyone including those that were not there yet for my 1-4 henna parrt. She never said their were any restrictions to henna either. When she comes to my house she said their were, and two of my girls could not have it done. I still paid for them, too. I have never had such terrible service. read more
