Bhavna is my go to eyebrow expert. Today I had my eyebrows micro bladed. This was my second time having this service. Even though she has done this service before for me she still asked me questions and made sure I loved the shape. I highly recommend her if you want a picture perfect service! I regularly get my brows threaded by her as well. No more waxing for me. No swelling, no welts just a perfect brow. read more

I went here after my friends recommended the place. I've been growing my brows out for months because I don't like my brows thin and I wanted to get them professionally reshaped. I put my faith in this place and she waxed off all of my progress and growth. Now Im so unahppy with my eyebrows and I have to wait MONTHS for them to grow back. My eyebrows make me feel pretty and I do not feel pretty. My brows are so thin, without any arch or shape. I even showed her pictures for reference and she didn't seem to process that , just waxed off all my growth. Never going back. read more

Great place for eyebrow threading! They know their stuff and how to create a natural look.

Does not disappoint! I have tried many places and this is one of the best. I now live in California and still visit when in town. The place is also very clean. read more

Never going back. Threaded my eyebrows incorrectly. Removed to may strands and they are not growing back.

Giving another update on this business!! So I had some hesitation to come back here but my friend who has never had an issue with them told me that they have improved. I went back to the same woman who cut my skin before but thought she has probably improved on her technique. I can say that I am truly happy that I came back. They hired another employee but I stayed loyal to the one lady. She has perfectly shaped my eye brows to compliment my facial frame. And have figured out that if you do not hold your skin taut enough, you are more than likely going to get thread cuts. It also depends on how close to the skin she gets as well. The reason why I've been coming back here is because they are very consistent with their store hours. I've never had to wait for someone to come in and open up the shop. And the prices are a little lower than other competitors which is a plus. Definitely give them a try! read more

Been coming here for a few years. Always great service. In and out fast for a threading

My eyebrows have never looked better! They did a great job. It was a little tough to find when I got there, but worth the scavenger hunt!

Poor service they made me and sister plus someone in a chair wait for someone who came in after us because she was in a hurry. My sister got her eyebrows and they did a horrible job. I canceled my appointment due to the disrespect. Also there prices are high for there poor work. read more

I have tried several places around Cleveland for eyebrow threading and tinting only to leave disappointed and looking like Groucho Marx. I decided to give Bhavna's Eyebrow Experts a try after seeing the sign on my ride home from work. My first time there and I won't go anywhere else from now on. My brows turned out AMAZING, I was instantly in love. The techs follow all COVID protocols such as temperature taking and hand sanitizing before entering the salon, proper use of PPE, and wiping down of seats after each procedure. I felt very safe having services done here. There is ample parking in the lot which is a huge plus too. read more

They were able to see my goddaughter with just a few minutes notice and they did a sensational job...

My eyebrows are sisters and not cousins for once. Truly experts at threading the brows. Nice clean environment and I had no wait time from door to chair. Difficulty finding the salon, GPS routes to Target. Inside a small shopping plaza. read more

I've been a customer for years and am satisfied every time I leave. This is also one of the few places where lip threading really doesn't hurt! Bhavna is excellent and the Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this location! read more

I have been coming here for almost 6 months, they're a fast and efficent. I most definitely recommend.

Desperately needed to get my eyebrows done before a friend's wedding. I walked into an empty salon but was greeted by a kind lady. I told her exactly what I wanted done to my eyebrows (i.e. thickness and shape). The lady was very nice to keep them thick and asked me if I wanted changes along the way. I was very pleased with my experience here. I know it is very easy for eyebrow threading to go wrong quickly. If I was in the area longer I would come here regularly! read more

Tried it for the first time after looking for months for a decent place! Bhavna exceeded expectations! First impressions- place was clean and well organized, temperature check before entering gets my approval, both Bhavna and team were courteous and respectful. Since this was the first time I was trying this place out, I was a little anxious but it was well worth the 45 mins drive!! Navigation was easy and waxing was smooth and quick - no pain. Super impressed!! read more

After discovering the Eyebrow Experts on Yelp, I decided to give them a try. They were courteous, professional, and efficient! The salon is clean. Bhavna was efficient with my eyebrow wax but very detail oriented and precise. Thanks to her, my eyebrows look the best they have in years! I've been going to Bhavna for over 15 years for my threading and waxing. She does an amazing job and does it quickly. Bhavna will give eyebrows a great defined shape and maintains the overall thickness of your eyebrows. I've never been able to find anyone that does as great a job as she does! read more

I have been going to Bhavna since I was 16 and 12 years later she's still the best in the business and the one I always go to if I need my eyebrows done. Prices are very reasonable and the new place is clean and calming. I highly recommend Bhavna, hands down without hesitation. read more

So I found this place through the wonderful Yelp app and let me tell you they did not disappoint! The prices are very reasonable and they are pretty good about accommodating clients. I had the eyebrow threading and bikini wax which are both new experiences for me. The two women that work here are very nice too. I will definitely be returning read more

The threading store in the mall was inconsistent. I drive a little further to Bhavna's but it's worth it. Great value and I always leave with perfect brows! I would highly recommend. read more

Great place and super friendly. Extremely happy with results. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I just moved to this city a few months back and was looking for a person who would be extremely good in doing eyebrows, little finicky about it as eyebrows make or break a face. I did some research and found some good recommendations for her on CBS Cleveland. I decided to give it a try. It's been 6 months now and I have been coming to her for everything. Bhavna is not only meticulous but makes the person extremely at ease. Every work is perfect and painless. I am so happy to encounter her. Though it's a 30 min drive for me. But hey when things are done so perfectly who wants to crib then. read more

I got my upper lip and eyebrow wax. I usually get my eyebrow threaded but the place I was going to before always rushed and never did them how I wanted them done. When I went to Bhavana she did them perfect! Exactly how I have always wanted them to look like. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and trim. She even goes the extra mile after waxing to thread them and trim them. Literally, all she ask me if I wanted them arch and bam my eyebrows are amazing ! I absolutely love them. I will continue to go to her and recommend her to others. Im so happy I found a permanent person to go to continuously. Fyi i am very picky when it comes to who I choose to do my eyebrows and hair, lol read more

If one star was an option, this would be the time for it. She ruined my henna party. Rude, terrible henna work, disrespectful, dishonest. Called me the morning of my parry to tell me she could only be there for a half hour and to make sure everyone was there, "I'm fast", and tried coming before my party even started because she had other plans now. I also asked her ahead of time if she wanted compensation for her drive, she said no. The morning of she said she wanted $20 for her 20 minute drive from Parma to Brunswick. I paid her travel time and for all my girls henna even though they were not all there yet and didn't get it done. She changed the fee once she got to my house aswell. It went from $7 a hand to $10, I paid the $20 for everyone including those that were not there yet for my 1-4 henna parrt. She never said their were any restrictions to henna either. When she comes to my house she said their were, and two of my girls could not have it done. I still paid for them, too. I have never had such terrible service. read more
