I booked my appointment on Vagaro (and even changed it a few times) and the process was seamless! I was very nervous about being in a salon during COVID. But as a Bridesmaid in my friends wedding, I had to get my nails done. After spotting The Beauty Room's good reviews, I decided to give this spot a try. On a less busy day/time, I felt the safest I could have in a salon. I truly appreciated that the staff wore their masks properly and social distanced. Because I was there mid-afternoon, it was very quiet. Jessica did my gel pedicure and she was fantastic! Trust me, there is such a thing as a bad nail professional. But Jessica is highly-skilled and even color matched the color I needed to match my dress. She's super personable and I liked her so much I immediately followed her on Instagram! I wish the pedicure chairs were adjustable. I'm tall and felt very crunched up and uncomfortable, but not much can be done about that. The salon is super clean, spacious and newly built. They have a free parking lot behind the business...but don't be fooled by the "you'll be towed" signs. You can park there as long as you're at the business. The Well House offers everything from massage, to facials, to halotherapy and more advanced cosmetic medical services. I assumed they were more of a serious medical spa, but they do offer traditional spa services. A friend had suggested trying a B12 shot to potentially improve some health issues I had been having. I booked easily online for a 5-minute B12 injection with nurse practitioner Mikayla. It will ask you to book for 15 minutes, but know you'll be in and out! Mikayla was approachable, warm and made me very comfortable. I would easily recommend her if she is available at booking for any future services you might need. The Well House is a really interesting historical building. It combines old roots with modern touches and the owner continues to put a lot of effort into the maintenance of the space. They have multiple floors including a halotherapy room! For accessibility purposes, an elevator is available for use. If you're a consistent high-end spa goer, they do offer membership packages. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience here and can't recommend them enough!

I absolutely love this place. I got a Brazilian wax and my brow done while I was in town visiting the fam. The place itself is elegant, open, and spotless. The owner, Danielle, did my brows and Brazilian and she is just amazing! During the waxing, she made me feel so comfortable. Usually a Brazilian is very painful, and I am used to going to overpriced waxing studios in Manhattan. Her technique, however, is flawless - it was one of the best waxes I have ever received (and also the least painful). She has this ability to make you feel so calm and comfortable. And she is a pro at shaping brows. Overall it was such a great experience. I will obviously be back every time I am in town. If she opened a waxing studio in Manhattan, she would make a killing. read more

I just moved to Cleveland from San Diego and was looking for a wax studio. I went on yelp and read the reviews for Bloom & Clover Wax Studio LLC. I ended up finding a Groupon (which was even better for a Brazilian). I had my appointment with Jenifer yesterday and have to say, I've found my wax studio home!!! Jenifer was professional, personable, genuine, and made my experience as pain free as possible. She truly enjoys what she does and it clearly shows. This was my first time trying out a local wax studio and I'm so glad I did. I will never go back to EWC. Katie is an amazing human! She was so sweet, so quick and made sure I was 100% comfortable during my time there. After a horrible waxing experience, she definitely changed my perspective about waxing and aftercare entirely. The studio itself is open and has a warm, chic, homey feel to it. It doesn't feel so cold and uninviting like EWS. I will be a forever customer as long as I live in Cleveland. This was my first time at Bloom & Clover as well as my first ever Brazilian Wax. Katie was so awesome. The minute I walked in the door I felt welcome and comfortable. Such a great studio that has the true small-business, boutique style. I've been getting brazilians for a few years now, and since I'm traveling/never in one place for too long, it's hard to find great places with amazing employees that can make you feel comfortable quickly. I came here for a chest waxing at my boyfriend's request while we were in town for my cousin's dog wedding and Danielle did such an amazing job. I went here to get a spray tan before my friend's wedding and I loved it! The owner, who did my spray tan, was super nice and friendly. I told her I wanted a nice glow and bronze, nothing too dark and I got just that. It was perfect! It dried off quickly and lasted at least 5 days. I was worried about sweating and having it run, but that wasn't an issue! It was a truly quality tan. I'd definitely go back. read more

Since I haven't done other services here beside the Brazilian wax, a 4/5 overall review for this business is fair. BRAZILIAN WAX -- I visited for the first time in October 2021 for a full Brazilian wax. Much to my surprise, I came back again on 6 January 2023 for another full Brazilian Wax. This time around, I had Candance Haynes as the waxer. I preferred Candance over the person I had before (no offence) because Candance was a bit more thorough or attentive with the final cleanup process and she didn't leave any hot wax behind on my body. Overall, 5/5 stars for Candance doing such a great job on a full Brazilian Wax service. I highly recommend her especially if you hardly get this service done or if it is your first time. She doesn't accept male clients but there is another employee (Jessica I believe) who does take on male clients. I may come back for eyebrow threading in the future. I am used to getting those services done by South Asian women from India or Pakistan but I'm happy that Peach Fuzz offers this service. Thank you Candance for making this very uncomfortable Brazilian waxing experience comfortable and for being on time.

I let her know I want to be her company, I am a business owner myself when it comes to my client I would take it out of my business account and whatever third-party or system that she uses, she should have dealt with them on their own not me needing to wait at that point I had no choice because she gave me no other options She said I finally put a review on my social media Instagram, which I also have proof of at that point she goes into my DM's threatening me to sue me get attorneys involved and she also told me I'm not getting my money. Well take that back first she said it was going to be six weeks. She never told me six weeks until now, so two weeks six weeks by the end of that conversation when I said the review is based off of my experience that I had with you and your company I have every right to express she then told me now I'm not getting anything. I also have those screenshots overall it was her because I considered her a friend, this wasn't $100 job. This was $650. This was my it has affect it self esteem the way I take pictures and for someone to just not care or to constantly blame me or make me feel like I did something wrong when I was 100% understanding that mistakes happen but I got sick of being treated like I was doing something wrong, God bless her.
