Finding a new hair salon can be such a hassle so I'm here to tell you Jackie is a hair goddess. Seriously. I've come here I think 3 or 4 times over the past two years (not because I go elsewhere- just because my life is hectic and I'm lazy) and I always love my look better than I ever have before - as in ever in my entire life. It's crazy how much hair can change your entire aesthetic. I usually don't come into hair appointments with much of a direction because I have absolutely no knowledge of what "works" for me and I think that's exactly what Jackie excels at creating. Additionally, I've always been told that I shouldn't go blonde because it would look bad with my dark eyes and an olive-y (not my words- I think I'm pale lol) skin tone. Well since no one likes being told what to do I decided I was going to try it and Jackie NAILED IT with the color - it looked so wonderful on me and I personally like it better than brunette me. She gives you a realistic expectation of what she thinks she can achieve while still keeping your hair healthy and won't tell you that she can do anything she doesn't think is viable. Neither of us thought we would get my hair as light as we did so it was a pleasant surprise :) Aside from talent, this saloon is super welcoming and the staff seems to genuinely get along great. They have all your boujee hair care needs with Kevin Murphy products (if you have super dry hair you neglect for months on end like I do they're a necessity). I am so happy to have found Le Beau. My stylist is Logan and she is amazing with cuts, color, brows and everything in between. Everything about Le beau raises the bar. The owner is amazing and personable, the Receptionist is so helpful and on top of things and they stylists are so talented and knowledgeable. I can be pretty particular with my hair. However, I am never ever disappointed with a haircut and/or color job from Le Beau. The space is also incredibly welcoming and safe. I feel like I'm on a vacation when I'm there. They also offer very nice beverages, such as: water with fresh fruits and herbs, an assortment of hot teas and coffee. I've been getting my hair cut at Le Beau since I moved to Cleveland. Jackie knows how to make good recommendations for the type of cut that will work well with my hair type and texture. I have been getting my hair done at Studio Le Beau for a while now, but this was my first time in their new location.....the new location is AMAZING! The whole look of the place is very industrial with the exposed brick walls, concrete floors and Craftsman toolbox stations. It looks super trendy in there, such a great upgrade from the old location. I get my hair done by Jackie and she does such a great job. This last time I was in I asked for an ombré hair color- she nailed it. SPOT ON. I'm actually going to post a picture on Pinterest for others to copy because it's perfect! I have been a long time client here for blowouts. I had color done Saturday for the first time here and it dripped and stained areas of my bright blonde hair dark brown. Also, the color was not even what I had requested. It was way too dark. When I requested it to be fixed, my stylist texted me that they are cancelling my future blowout appointments. They never even offered to fix it. I requested a refund for the botched job and no response! Thank goodness for Dino Palmieri to save my hair and correct it. A friend of mine recommended to go to Le Beau and see Jackie - his recommendation was spot on. I keep a fairly conservative hairstyle, and I've found that several places interpret this in an edgy way. Jackie listened to my request, did a fantastic job, and I left with probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had. In terms of the amenities, the salon is really nice and has a unique style (ex. the drawers are made of craftsman tool boxes) and the chairs are comfortable. Jackie and staff are very nice and knowledgeable about the neighborhood, which is beneficial as I'm relatively new to Tremont. Anyone who wears their hair short knows how tough it can be to find a good stylist - Halle does a fantastic job! The first time I came in we took off a foot of hair, and she basically just looked at me and figured out a cut that would look good on me at the length I wanted. More importantly, her cuts look good when they grow out (which never happens), and she knows I don't do a lot of styling so I can just point the hairdryer at my head and it comes out amazing. I have been fickle with hair salons my entire adult life, until I found Le Beau (formerly Studio LeBeau) in Tremont. From the moment you walk in, you know it's going to be an upscale, exceptional experience. The aesthetics are gorgeous - industrial fixtures, awesome new logo design, and exposed brick, with vintage touches throughout. It's just cool. And they always have hot tea, coffee, infused water, and sometimes pastries. They have a lovely display wall with the Kevin Murphy products that they use. After trying every salon hair care brand ever (Aveda, Redken, etc.), KM is far and away the best. Everyone that works there is friendly and beautiful. Jackie, one of the owners, cuts and colors my hair every 4-6ish weeks, and I have never been happier with my hair. She has a great eye for what will look good on someone, and I have never left feeling anything but impressed. She suggests fresh, trendy ideas, but also just does something simple if it's what I'm feeling that day. She is personable, professional, funny, smart - just a very enjoyable person to spend 3 hours with (I have a lot of hair!). I very highly recommend Le Beau. I am new to town and have been looking for a new salon. I wanted to try out this place and when I called they recommended Jackie. I explained what I was looking for color wise and we agreed to cut off 2 inches because I was trying to grow my hair out but wanted to cut off the bad ends. The color turned out pretty nicely, however... She cut off 4-5"... Way more than I agreed to. I tried to be happy leaving the salon but I woke up the next morning really upset and have not been happy about the cut since. I wanted to get a warning to anyone who's trying out this salon for the first time to ask for a minimal amount to get cut off, otherwise you may leave with your hair a lot shorter than you asked for. read more

I booked an appointment here on a whim because I really, really needed a cut/color, I couldn't get in with my regular stylist at a different salon, and Le Beau was able to give me a same day appointment because of a last minute cancellation. Wow, did I get lucky. I had an appointment with the amazing, talented, creative Daniel Price who worked some serious magic to lift the red color out of my hair and give me a beautiful caramel tone after just two color application appointments. On top of the beautiful hair cut/color, Daniel introduced me to Kevin Murphy products. He explained that they are like "skin care products, but for your hair." So, basically they are really "hair care" products. Now, I'll admit, I'm a total beauty product junkie. I'm always trying new products and jumping from one brand to another, but using Kevin Murphy products has stopped me in my tracks. These products bring hair care to a whole new level. I've been using the wash, rinse, hair spray and resort product for over two months now and the one time I had to use a different brand (still high-end) I saw a noticeable difference in the way my hair looked and felt. I have been a regular with the salon for about a year now and have always booked my cuts with Nicolette. DO NOT GO HERE. The hair stylists do not listen to what you want. While they are brilliant with color (hence the two stars) they are horrible with hair cuts. I've been here twice and the first time the hair stylist cut my hair in a weird way. But since the color was so great I overlooked it. The second time I went another lady cut my hair WAY shorter than I wanted it. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she did not pay attention to them. They do not listen to what you want and just do what they want. My hair is ruined because they did not pay attention to what I wanted. I will never go here again.
