I've always had a wonderful experience but this time it was not so wonderful. I usually got to a lady name Ravi- I believe that is how you spell her name. However, when I went in this day, Saturday 10/10 she was not working. I don't know the young girls name that did my threading but she lad long black hair and she looked like she was in her mid twenties. I would definitely stay away from her if she is the only available person. She gave my thread burns pretty bad and somehow she managed to get the thread caught up under my eyelid. When that happened, my reflex made me push her off me. She is not the best as you can see from the picture I posted of what she did to my eye. This experience was the worst eyebrow threading experience I've ever had. The other times I've patron this place I've had way better experience than I did this past Saturday.

Nope they offer online specials to ppl with instagram (in which I don't have) my makeup Artist was very polite and asked me was taking advantage of the special , I told her that I booked online and I'm not sure if they'd honor that discounted rate. Once my face was done she went to the manager to ask her would I be able to receive the special since I don't have social media and wouldn't have seen it....I believe it was 45 or $50 that they were offering for walk-in/IG ppl and she said NO I booked ONLINE & she couldn't honor it! that was sucky customer service, they shouldn't even mentioned it. I just moved to Cleveland in August so I've been looking for a place that does eye brow threading…read morefor a while. I did look at previous reviews on Yelp and I do agree that Laila does a great job! I called on Tuesday night and she got back to me the next morning via text to schedule an appointment for the following day. Her place is not hard to find, on the 2nd floor above Starbucks in Legacy Village. Parking meters not expensive- I just put a quarter in for 30 minutes. Upon arriving, Laila greeted me and was very nice. She asked if I had had threading before or if it was my first time and I explained that I have been threading for 2 years now. She had me lay down on her table and I explained that I wanted my eye brows kind of thin but since my eye brows are kind of straight I wanted a small arch towards the tail end. She worked very quick and paid attention to plucking the stray hairs. After she was done she showed me a mirror to look and if i wanted any changes she could do it as well. I am very happy about the threading and how my eyes turned out. Just for this one session it was $27. Granted it is waaaayyy more expensive than what I'm use to (I paid $7 + $3 tip in Houston) I would recommend Laila's business to any lady who's interested in getting threaded.
