She took me in and step by step fixed them after 3 sessions. She didn't charge extra for her time either, which is unheard of and was much appreciated. She saved my face and I'm so grateful. STAY AWAY! I showed up to my appointment but the owner Raquel refused to provide service after I expressed my disappointment and unsatisfactory with her work. I received micro blading and on day 3 it faded away. Raquel became aggressive, yelled and forced out of her business. She then threatened me in Spanish but refused to provide a refund. She was belligerent, unprofessional and disgusting! Needless to say I was humiliated. Afterwards the police was called to the scene and a report was made. The officer suggested that I ought to report her to the Ohio licensing bureau. This will be my last visit to this place but will not be the last time you hear from me. I am sharing this horrible experience with friends and family!! read more
