I came here for lash extensions- and Cheyenne was amazing. She was a total rockstar. My lashes were beautiful and stayed for three weeks. That experience was 5 starts. However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP! read more

I have had my eyebrows waxed at Spa Lavender a total of two times as of now. Each time, the front desk employee was incredibly professional, warm, and sweet! It's so rare to find a eyebrow waxer who truly waxes in a way that is personalized to my particular face and features! Often, it's sort of generic. However, at Spa Lavender, both employees waxed my eyebrows phenomenally! My eyebrows were done evenly and the workers treated my eyebrows like they were their own! We came for a couple's massage and will definitely be returning!! It's a small space in an unassuming office building but they make it very relaxing and welcoming. We were greeted by the receptionist with an offer of wine while we filled out our forms. Yes please. The forms asked about which areas to focus on, if we had any we wanted them to avoid, etc. The massage therapists still made sure to chat with each of us about areas we wanted to target and what kind of pressure we liked which I appreciated. I mentioned that I stand for work all day and have shoulder issues and she really spent a lot of time on that area. I really felt like she listened to what I needed and that was great. My body hasn't felt this good in months!! If you're looking for a big fancy spa with all the bells and whistles, this may not be your spot. Just had to get a little waxing done (underarm) . I prefer the clean result of waxing to shaving and the hair stays gone for several weeks! It doesn't hurt it's just a quick tingle and it's over. Spa lavender is like a dream. As soon as you enter you are transported to a serene place . The scent of lavender and aromatherapy fill the air . It's not overwhelming at all even for someone like me who has allergies. Megan answers the phone and is so professional she scheduled my appointment with my preferred esthetician Keiara! Keiara is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry. She is so knowledgeable about skin care and she will take excellent care of you. She used a sugar wax with strips and was neat and thorough. My skin is baby soft ! I will definitely be back for regular maintenance! The person who booked my massage was warm and friendly. The facility was nicely appointed with a calm and soothing atmosphere. My massage therapist, however, talked through my entire massage, telling me negative stories about her co-workers at this spa and her previous employer. She was a good masseuse, but her negative energy made it hard for me to relax. It was a waste of my money. read more

The owner is VERY unprofessional! I purchased a 3 pack of massages from groupons. I completed 2 of the massages and went back today for my last one and after I was escorted to the room to undress for my services the OWNER comes to the room while I'm laying on the table and tells me she can't find my Groupon!! What!! Are you kidding me!! I'm laying on the table and she continues to go back and forth with me! Very tacky! Long story short....her front desk person found it and SHE apologized on behalf of the owner! When I asked to speak with the owner (after my services that I was to irritated to enjoy!).....she "wasn't available". Never even called me to apologize! I should also mention....I had appointments canceled on me DAY OF twice and...an appointment "erased by accident" once!
