Ambience- don't let the unassuming exterior fool you! While the location is in an office type building, the interior of the wellness center is very peaceful and zen. The massage rooms also are very cozy and the music/nature sounds are extremely peaceful and not distracting like other spas I've been to. Service- the employees that I interacted with are all very welcoming. My therapist had a very soothing demeanor about her and took time to actually understand the particular symptoms and issues I was having so that she could really tailor the massage to me. The scheduling experience online was also seamless and easy. Massage- the massage itself was incredible. The place echos, the barn doors don't keep out much noise, you can hear the front desk person talking on her phones, as well as hear the staff eating and talking in the back rooms speaking in their native language.
