Really a great full body massage! The therapist used pressure and it released a lot of body tension. Thank you Blissful Foot!

My boyfriend booked couples massages for my birthday we were a little disappointed that massages…read moreweren't in the same room but advertised as couples massage. I've had massages all over the and my experience at Heavenly Hands does not compare at all to anything I've ever experienced. The intake form had multiple questions that had 0 to do with getting a massage which I thought was a little weird. My boyfriend said Donna couldn't even stand to apply pressure and give a proper massage. The spa was very chilly so it was hard to enjoy the massage while trying to keep warm. The massage wasn't bad per say, but it was more of a rub down than a massage. I was so upset with the quality of this massage, it was not worth the money. Overall experience was a 4/10, would not recommend. Update: Donna called my boyfriend's cell phone and asked him to take the review down because the things I said in my review weren't true and the business is struggling. She may have very well told him the massages would be in different rooms but that doesn't negate the fact that the massages were not to standard. Super unprofessional 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I am pregnant and have chronic migraine, so my mom wanted to do something nice for me and purchased…read morea massage for me as a gift. We looked at a bunch of local spots and were drawn towards Heavenly Healing Hands because the reviews for prenatal massage were so promising. I also prefer to support local businesses over chains like Massage Envy or something like that. My mom paid for the massage and was instructed to have me text Donna to schedule my appointment, so I did. And this is when it started to get weird. I have the texts saved from this, I'm not trying to sabotage anyone's business, but I wish I would've known this before selecting this place and my mom lost her money. 1) A day before the appointment, I got a text that she had a family situation come up and had to reschedule. So, we did. 2) Then, the week we rescheduled for, I got strep throat (I work at a school, it was going around). I immediately went on antibiotics and texted Donna to reschedule for the following week. However, she asked me to wait at least 3 weeks to schedule because she claimed that antibiotics "don't always work" (?). So, whatever, I rescheduled a second time. 3) Then, when that appointment was approaching, she texted me to reschedule again because she "stepped on a nail and injured her foot" (she gave a very detailed description of how and why it hurt). I rescheduled... again. 4) Then, when the next appointment was approaching (this is now months after my initial appointment was supposed to be), she texted that she injured her hand and that we'd need to reschedule but that I'd "get priority." At this point, I just kindly asked that we get a refund and cancel my appointment. She didn't respond. I proceeded to text over the next few weeks every few days asking if she received my message and when we would get a refund. Unfortunately, she continued to not respond. I'm now thinking this is a scam, and not a real business... I'm super disappointed and feel awful that my mom paid for nothing. Am I the only one this happened to? None of the other reviews seem to mention an issue like this.

I decided to pamper myself for my birthday! I checked out local spas in my area and decided on Hand…read more& Spa. I chose to try a hot stone massage, and thankfully they had a new customer special, so I got it at a great deal! Everyone was really nice and the establishment was clean. They took my temperature when I first arrived and had hand sanitizer to use. Blaine did my massage and she was great! She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything that she would be doing. I felt soo relaxed and less tense after the hour long massage! After my massage they offered a monthly massage subscription that I regrettable declined, but now I'm thinking a monthly massage may not be so bad!

It is almost like the people at the desk have been preconditioned in how they respond when people express their frustration and they are not interested in feedback. RUDE and pissy! I have been a member for years and have brought in multiple friends who have become members. When my family members from out of state visit I always set up appointments for them. They buy extra Svcs, they buy product, we tip well, we are the people you want as customers! When I try to use credits to pay for their services, they charge me a $10 transfer fee. One might ask the question why????? a couple of days ago I tried to schedule massages and facials for myself and a friend who is celebrating a milestone birthday. I wanted to treat her and use a couple of my credits. They wanted to charge me the transfer fee. I expressed my frustration, they didn't care. And then I was told that I couldn't even pay the transfer fee as I had three transfers and had exceeded my allowance for the year. I'm done. The individual with whom I spoke, could not have been more disinterested in my frustration and she just towed the corporate line. They have no idea how they are losing people that they don't lose. They're losing friends and gaining enemies who are not gonna say anything pleasant and instead, will speak disparagingly about them. I just retired after 48 years as a senior executive in a sales position for a large health insurance carrier. I know the drill, I know how you take care of customers. This company is not interested. Sad!
