I have been a getting massages from Bernadette for many years and finally got on here to write a review. Since I am coming from out of town Bernadette goes out of her way to make sure we can find a time that works for both of us. I love the ambiance of the building. As soon as I step through the front door I am immediately more relaxed. Bernadette's massages are the best. She askes about how much pressure I like and check in to make sure I was happy with it. Perfection. Since my Mom knows her pretty well (she's been going monthly for years) we chat in the beginning and then are silent for the remainder of the massage. Just the right amount for me. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful! I had a great, relaxing massage. They have a big variety of drinks when you arrive and finish to hydrate including water, tea and hot coco. I also had a facial, which was a little disappointing because of the noise level of the business next door and the close parking lot. Professional service, great organic massage products and essential oils. I loved the smells of the aromatherapy used and the massage was very relaxing. I had a whole body massage. The room decor is more home like (older home) rather than spa, so I was not impressed by that. They have water with ice complementary. I am thinking that some floral fruity or green tea would have been nice to have as well. The staff was welcoming, nice and nobody pushed me to buy anything, which allowed me to enjoy the relaxation feeling after the massage. I brought an AuraCacia patchouli and tangerine whipped body cream because I loved its texture and divine smell when the massage therapist used it on me. I have a lot of back, sciatica and neck pain. Every time I visit, Rhonda helps me out and I don't have pain for a good month. I had one massage there. I will never go back. In all fairness, maybe it was just the person I had. Maybe the other staff are fine, who knows? (Although the ticking clock in the room drove me nuts) All I know is that I paid a lot of money for a horrible experience that was not relaxing, not professional, and certainly unlike any massage experience I ever had. read more
