I signed up for a deep tissue and it was far from anything resembling a deep tissue massage. It got better then I asked to increase the pressure, but still pretty lack luster. Her presence was just average and after asking for focus areas, I was still tight and didn't even feel like I received a massage. It was a complete waste of $250. Do not recommend this masseuse at all. I never felt worse paying for a massage in my life.

The last massage I had with her she went about 30 minutes over my time and I told her she could just take two of my sessions off of my package. She instead offered me a cash massage at $75 and insisted on riding or walking with me to an ATM. That was a very awkward and uncomfortable situation to be in. I should have refused and I saw this as an act of desperation. If you use her services, pay only for the service and not a penny more. Not sure where she may turn up next.

Ambience- don't let the unassuming exterior fool you! While the location is in an office type building, the interior of the wellness center is very peaceful and zen. The massage rooms also are very cozy and the music/nature sounds are extremely peaceful and not distracting like other spas I've been to. Service- the employees that I interacted with are all very welcoming. My therapist had a very soothing demeanor about her and took time to actually understand the particular symptoms and issues I was having so that she could really tailor the massage to me.
