I go to Santé for therapeutic massages, not light-as-feather spa services (although they offer both), and I can honestly say my life has changed for the better since I started booking regular appointments. I have had intermittent, crippling tension headaches for YEARS due to issues with my neck/shoulders/back -- since my visits to Santè, these headaches have decreased DRASTICALLY in frequency and severity. I feel like a human again! I would highly recommend both Mary and Bernadette to anyone looking for a massage therapist; they are great listeners, adaptable, and keenly aware of client needs. Also in addition to reasonable base prices, Santè is constantly running promotions for both new and veteran customers to further keep costs affordable. Oh, and did I manage online booking through Vagaro is EXTREMELY convenient? (Just make sure to book TWO therapists if you're scheduling a couple's massage!) If you are looking for like, a socializing spa with overpriced knick knacks and fluffy robes, skip Santè. But if you are genuinely wanting to feel better, healthier, and more energetic - go see them. You won't be disappointed.

She is also the first masseuse I've known to offer varying levels of discounts for the unemployed, under-employed, and students. Often times, financial struggles go hand in hand with muscle tension and wacked out alignment, and Sue is one of the few I've met who recognizes this, and wants to help. Scheduling an appointment was made easy through her online scheduling system, and she was able to fit me in right away for some deep tissue work on some acute shoulder pain. Her office, in a suite above The Works, is clean, cosy, warm, and professional without being superfluously "spa frilly." I really enjoyed the sunshine streaming through the bank of windows as I received my session. My shoulder is now feeling better, and I attribute this to her healing touch. I will happily return again. Thanks, Sue!

I paid $60 for a one-hour full body massage, and unlike some other foot spas where they just go over your clothes, this was the full experience. The spa itself was very clean, the music was calming, and the woman who worked on me seemed very skilled and experienced. The massage was the perfect mix of relaxing and deep tissue. She even used hot stones and warm wet towels throughout, which made it feel like I got more than my money's worth. As I was leaving, she handed me a banana and a cold water, which was such a thoughtful touch. I really don't think I need to check out any other spots in the area now because this place was exactly what I was hoping for. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Megan aptly analyzes my skin each time I visit and truly customizes my facial according to my dryness, acne, or pigmentation. She has a wide range of tools and serums and peels that always surprise me. For over a year, I've been using the Skin Scripts skin care line that Megan uses. She recommended a variety of products and explained how to use them. The skin care was a bit of an investment at first, but compared to premium brands at stores like Ulta, the line is actually very modest, and the products last a very long time. I also am happy with the quality. Since I've been seeing Megan for over a year, my adult acne has greatly improved and people comment that "I haven't aged a bit," which isn't true, but my skin is vibrant and healthy looking. Personality wise, Megan is friendly, welcoming, and calming. Her professionalism is second to none. Her business space is tucked away in an alley off of North Water Street by Scribbles Coffee, so if you've never been to her place, she might be a little tricky to find the first time. But Traveling Spa Girl is surely a gem in Kent worth seeking. In short, Megan is my go-to professional.
