By that I mean Abby has a real gift. I prefer deep tissue over the Swedish style so real pressure is needed. This has not been a problem. Abby naturally applies the right amount of strength to move the muscles along until they slip back into place. I'm thinking of thighs , calves, and forearms in my case. Each week she focuses the main areas of concern. But works in other area that may have received less attention during the prior session. Over time all the main muscle groups get there just due. If you need a genuine masseuse to help you heal come to Hinckley.

I've been to a lot of massage places and this is by far THE worst. There's no way they have a…read moremassage license because they did the massage wrong. First off, we were not introduced to the massage therapists. I would like to know who is going to be touching my body for the next hour. The massage therapist left in the middle of my massage twice and someone else came in to massage me. I was not notified. I had a female and then it switched to a male. The male rubbed up my underwear on the side of my butt. Very uncomfortable. This stuff doesn't happen at a professional massage salon. I should have asked to see a massage license from the people rubbing us. I am unhappy with spending the money. I should have known not to go through with the massage as soon as I walked into the unprofessional business. Don't waste your money here. Spend the extra $20 to get a professional massage. I am in more pain than when I walked in. I am unhappy. I never leave massage heights or massage envy unhappy. Bad mistake - need to let other know this!

The Center for the Healing Arts is such a treasure for those seeking assistance and maintenance on…read morethe road of good health. It's varied services bring relief from a vast array of ailments, and it's practitioners are top-notch and friendly. My interest there has lain with Quantum Indigo Biofeedback, a practice I'd read about for years but hadn't tried. As luck would have it the practitioner is a reiki master named Sandy who is a kind, knowledgable, talented person who truly cares about people and their issues. The results garnered have been nothing short of amazing! In addition to attention and treatment of my known ailments, biofeedback has addressed the core factors at play, giving me a much deeper understanding of my body and the toll that every day life takes on it. And with Sandy at the helm of the machine, I always feel that much closer to solving the great mystery of what goes on beneath my body's surface. Do your-self a favor and give biofeedback a try!
