Why was my time wasted when this could have been clarified over the phone? Was I refused service based on my appearance? It was easy to get an appointment. The spa mani and pedi included hand/foot masks and a paraffin wax which was very nice. However, in the process the mani/pedi took just over 2.5 hours (after the 60 min massage) which meant spending almost 4 hours at the salon. I had called in advance while booking my apt to ask how long it would take, and was told in total it would be 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed that the manicure started chipping within hours of coming home. They use exclusively Zoya polish for their regular polish. The color I chose was streaky, so the layers applied were so thick that even not touching anything for over an hour was not enough. Additionally, the color selection was pretty limited - I had initially wanted yellow for summer but it was not available. Overall, was nice for a gift card. Plan your day accordingly if you come.

The stylist who attended to me was not the usual one, and she left my hair completely blonde!! It was like I went from being a brunette to Shakira overnight! I would never in my life ask for that kind of artificial and overdone blonde, and even less without consulting me. Also , during the process, before I realized the mistake, the stylist after two hours told me she didn't have time to cut or style my hair and that I would have to come back another day What ??? She left the dye on my hair for almost THREE HOURS, which I'm sure didn't help the situation. I was starting to get worried as the time went by, but I trusted that she knew what she was doing. Boy, was I wrong. When she finally rinsed out the dye, my hair was completely ruined. When the other stylists realized the damage, they tried to fix the mistake with a toner, but the result was .... OMG : now my hair looks gray It's unbelievable that they couldn't get it right in the first place, and their "solution" was even worse . I've been a client for three/four years and I never imagined I'd receive treatment like this. The lack of recognition and condescending attitude of the staff was what bothered me the most. They said, "This is the color we always do for you," acting like it was true. There was no "Sorry, we made a mistake".They acted like I was crazy and it was all just a fabrication!! Needless to say, I left without paying. Now I'll have to go to another salon to try to fix this mess. I have photos of my hair before, during, and after the disaster, so I can prove the evidence . I love getting my hair shampooed her attention to detail makes my head feel fabulous. It's the little touches that she does that make me so glad to have stumbled on her. The hand massage is a bonus. Besides her skills with color and cutting she is a very sweet young lady. I look forward to my hair appointments and trust her to change it up for me when I feel like a change. The whole salon is nice they offer many services and it's a clean salon filled with friendly faces. But Kelly L sets this salon miles above the rest.
