She wasn't very friendly but that's fine. I have a gel x product on my nails. I didn't know that this Salon didn't fill in this product. The tech applied foil over cotton with acetone to remove the product on my nails. Afterwards he asked me if I had on my nails and I said gel. It was gel x. I didn't know they didn't do service for this product. So after he already removed my product from my nails. He said we don't do gel x. And so I asked him what would I be charged for he said a polish. I came in for a fill and pedicure. I would have like to been told that he could not fill my nails in advance. They are trained professionals. My nails are very thin and one cracked with 2 breaking off. I didn't mine paying to get a new set of the product that they did service. I wasn't given an option before he removed the product from my nails. The rhinestones fell off my nails on my hand and toes before the week was out! I looked at my receipt and it says I was charged for a manicure and pedicure. But he did a removal and pedicure, and polished my nails. I called and spoke with the manager Lena she talks very loudly and aggressively! Which is how she sounded the day I went in. She said they don't do gel x product. And she turn customers away if they have gel x product. She tried to say I came in for a polish only on my nails. But that's not true. She offered for me to come back to the same nail tech for a repair. I didn't want the same tech againMy pedicure looked good when my feet was wet. Once it dried I can see a lot of cuticle was left around my toes. I wasn't happy with the service I received. For the money I paid. I don't mind paying or tipping but I expect good service!

If you are hesitant in getting your hair cut, like I am, I can truly say that my hesitations have dwindled, because the stylists of Laura Lee Salon have proven themselves to be committed to excellence!!

I'll admit, I've been going to this place for over 4 yrs. but due to the ridiculously high priced…read moreservices I've been venturing to other salons in hopes of finding an equally skilled stylist- and I can't! I love my stylist, Shawn; she is beautiful, strong and I've never walked out of that salon disappointed with her work (until 2 Thurs. ago). In fact, my profile pic was taken shortly after she cut, dyed, & styled my hair yrs ago. However, I've become increasingly annoyed with the salon itself, roughly 2 weeks ago I wanted to try something new & let Shawn do whatever she wanted to my hair. I am not unhappy with her work ( I don't like my color or cut but it's not her fault- I was trying something out of my comfort zone & it's just not me). What I was angry with was the cost, my normal expense is $150.00 plus I always tip her $50.00. But this time it cost me $250.00 !!! And I honestly felt like I had just walked out of Best Cuts and that I could've done exactly what I paid for myself for way cheaper. The cost of each service is not posted anywhere in the salon nor on their website- annoying!!! I also find some of their workers to be rude, one of them being the owner who is abrupt & uninviting on the phone but a completely different person face to face. I'm not sure what that's all about but I hate calling to schedule an appointment! Then there's another younger stylist (we'll call her Jersey Shore) who washed out my hair while Shawn worked on another client. No "hello", no smile, no nothing- just complete silence- she was definitely angry about something or at someone but when I'm paying these prices I expect better customer service. I would've been happy with a simple 'Hi", honestly. Anyways, I'm not saying don't go here- there's a reason why I keep coming back I just wish there was a way to get my hair done by Shawn outside of the salon. Also, I've had Jessica do my hair as well & was equally happy with her work as well.

I wanted a fresh new look from a great salon and don't expect " budget cut" services or pricing. I arrived, checked in and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my stylist because mine was running late. Ok, no problem because I watched some great hair being done so I was so excited! I was also in clear view of a gal doing a pedicure and I thought I'd try that service out next time. Good to know it's all under one roof. After waiting with anticipation of the stylist finishing up with their haircuts and blowouts, the gal that fished the pedicure came up to me saying she is ready for me. I was confused.... My heart sank. The excitement was gone and I just couldn't go through with it. I couldn't trust that I would get the same beautiful results as an experienced & skilled stylist for my big hair change. I asked her if she just got done doing that pedicure and was a newer stylist and she said yes, I just got done with the pedicure and have been cutting for about one year. I apologized and said I wasn't comfortable with her cutting my hair. I never had a pedicure nail person cut my hair before. The gal at the desk said all their stylist do pedicures and didn't offer any alternatives. She didn't care that I waited 30 minutes post my scheduled appointment and didn't care that I was not comfortable and didn't try to find me someone more experienced. She didn't even sell me on this stylist either!! Didn't build her up at all. Retaining my business was not a consideration at all. She was all too ok with me walking out the door. Since when does skilled experienced stylist do pedicures on Saturday ? I could have went to "budget cuts" and pay 15.00 rather than 85 plus a tip. That price point comes with expectations of getting a trained stylist passionate about her or his craft.

You can't give love if you don't have any for yourself. Everything starts with the relationship you have with yourself." -- Cassey Ho, Youtuber and Pilates instructor. I first found out about Reset Lounge through a complimentary massage thanks to Yelp Cleveland in February 2020. You can read my review from partnership with Yelp here -- https://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/elite-week-yelp-recharges-with-reset-lounge-chagrin-falls?hrid=wEgT_PVaIRPwODfMWwGkyg&utm_source=ishare&utm_content=review I visited Reset Lounge a 2nd time on Wednesday, 5 February 2020. I definitely needed to de-stress on this day after getting into a minor car accident earlier that morning. INSIDE -- The space is very warm and inviting just similar to a Spa. When you enter, you will be greeted by a staff member at the front desk. There are numerous chairs to sit at in the lobby. There is also a water/tea station right at the front as you enter. In addition, you can remove your shoes and jacket at the front entrance. There is also a back entrance as well because the front outside gets congested from parked cars. SERVICES/TREATMENTS -- If you enjoy fitness, then a small gym is available for use before or after a wellness service. Private personal trainers train clients inside this gym so you can book a personal training session. For services, they offer CRYOTHERAPY, INFRARED SAUNAS, SALT THERAPY, NUCALM NEUROSCIENCE THERAPY, MASSAGE & COMPRESSION CHAIRS, WHOLE BODY VIBRATION (a small machine located in the gym), and more new services coming in 2020. Thanks to Yelp and being a Yelp Elite member, I got to try 2 services for free -- the massage chair and the salt cabin. I highly recommend the massage chair because it is zero gravity meaning the chair reclines back plus it really deeply massages the lower and mid-body. The salt cabin treatment felt okay to me because I was just bored inside plus it was really cold in there. However, there are benefits to salt therapy including helping with skin problems, inflammation, and removing mucous from the lungs. SAUNA -- Benefits include relaxation and detoxification. They have 2 sauna rooms. In my most recent visit, I paid for a sauna treatment which is $20 for non-members or 1 credit for members. Basically, 1 credit equals $20. Now $20 may be too expensive for some people but taking care of your body shouldn't come as a price; rather, a reward. Before entering the sauna, a staff member asked if I wanted electrolyte infused water so I gladly accepted a cup. It's important to hydrate before, during, and after entering a sauna to replenish water lost through sweat. I enjoyed the infrared sauna and the heat (135F) didn't bother me. Infact, I wished it was hotter....haha. Before I walked in, a staff member asked me what program I wanted and I believe I choose "detoxification". See my attached photos for a description of their sauna programs. Once inside, I sat then laid down while glancing through a book. There is a remote inside that allows you to adjust the light. The different coloured light settings are supposed to help the body in many ways. After getting out of the sauna, there is a mini-fridge that has a eucalyptus infused towel for cooling off. It felt nice to wrap the small towel around my neck and pat it on my chest. I highly recommend the sauna and massage chair. Visit Reset Lounge today located in quaint Chagrin Falls. Customer service is also wonderful here. Your body will enjoy a "reset" after you come here. **** - 12/200 total reviews in 2020 - 388 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 8 February 2020
