She asks the right questions before services are rendered. Any areas to focus on, any areas to avoid, what type of pressure, etc. She also is not overly chatty, which I LOVE! The conversation is casual, without being too much! She checks in throughout, to make sure that all is ok. She is very intuitive, as it relates to which areas need work, along the way. I leave feeling like a million bucks. I will continue to return to Gingie!!

However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP!

I finally had an excuse to visit the newish location for a women's event - tea ceremony, sound bath, and women's lunar circle. It's is a sanctuary for anyone seeking relaxation and serenity. Revive Yoga Collective is located on the second floor of the Georgetown Square. It's a very clean and new-looking building. Fresh looking paint and clean aesthetic. The building is a bit hard to find. The GPS directs you to the apartment building across the street. When you'll find the location, you can park at the back of the building and enter through the back door. You'll find Revive Yoga Collective on the second floor (suite 207), it's one big room. What sets Revive apart is the sense of community and care. Everyone holding the workshop was very friendly. It's more than just a spa or studio--it's a collective that truly supports your wellness journey. I really found tea and lunar circle event very relaxing. The sound bowls sounded amazing in the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves, de-stress, and feel renewed. Revive Spa offers Kundalini Yoga on Mondays at 6 PM. There is ample free parking in the surface lot in the back, so no worries about street parking! The spa is located inside the arcade in suite 12. You can also conveniently book online on their website, which I love. The suite is small, but super cozy. Chrissy has decorated with plants, wall hangings, and the perfect lighting. Chrissy is FANTASTIC. This is easily one of the best massages I've ever had. I went in for a CBD massage as I was curious about this service. At the beginning of the massage, Chrissy offered me some CBD oil-infused water. This drink totally relaxed me before the massage even began! Chrissy utilized CBD, acupressure, cupping, and stretching to give me a dynamic massage that made me feel like a billion bucks. I have sciatica and a high stress job, so I am always tense. Chrissy's manipulation of my muscles with the multiple techniques she employed made me feel like butter by the end of the massage. I seriously couldn't recommend this place, or Chrissy, more.

Since I am coming from out of town Bernadette goes out of her way to make sure we can find a time that works for both of us. I love the ambiance of the building. As soon as I step through the front door I am immediately more relaxed. Bernadette's massages are the best. She askes about how much pressure I like and check in to make sure I was happy with it. Perfection. Since my Mom knows her pretty well (she's been going monthly for years) we chat in the beginning and then are silent for the remainder of the massage. Just the right amount for me.
