I purchased another Groupon for my bestie and we went together. The owner, Anna was the only person there to serve us. What made her think that giving two facials at the same time was a good idea? Maybe because we are two black women, I don't know but I doubt she would have made anyone else wait in a cold room while she did one step on one client and then finally service the other client. One esthetician serving two people at the same time is ridiculous!. Maybe she made extra money that day but she lost two clients who wanted to be regular clients. I will never go back here again. I then asked for availability "on my only day off that week" She responded with what about the next day, which of course was a work day for me. After a little back and forth, we figured out a date and time. Upon arrival, I was met with a closed door. I rang the bell and was approached by behind by a lady and I advised I was there for my appointment. I was let in and told to come into a room. I was not asked for my name or my problem areas or preferred pressure. I was not told what to expect either, so I just went with the flow. The actual massage was really good and relaxing and the location was very clean The massage therapist did at least talk to me at the end, but just to tell me to pull up my groupon, tell me about other services and wish me a good day.
