No where near as fancy as some places, but Genevieve is extremely knowledgeable. Genevieve walks you through the entire laser hair removal procedure and gives great explanation on what and why she is doing what she is doing. Very empathetic to women with excess hair. I saw a great difference after just one visit. Easy in and out, first floor easily accessible. Highly recommend trying her out. read more

She goes out of her way to make every patient feel comfortable and understood. read more

I have had the pleasure of working with Gigi forover ten years. I was searching for a practitoner that would deal with my concerns of aging in a non cooke cutter manner. Gigi was that and more. She truly listens, does not judge and makes suggestions and provides solutions that work. I have walked down the road of aging with Gigi and instead of going down the road in a straight path, Gigi provides detours and side trips that make the journey so much better with solutions and treatments that work. Gigi always provides references to back up whatever she suggested as a form of treatment. It is with gratitude that I highly recommend the services of Advanced Skin Renewal. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. "Gigi"! I will be a customer for life. She prioritizes ethics & dedication to safety above everything. The amount of education, knowledge, professionalism, & medical genius this woman exudes is unmatched. I've never felt like someone was so capable, intelligent, & skilled at their practice to the degree this woman is. It's a beautiful feeling to know I am safe in her care. I also appreciate the fact that she doesn't want to sell or push things on anyone & even refuses to do more than is necessary or a procedure that isn't safe. That's Refreshing! It's a big deal having these types of services performed, I am blessed to have come to advanced skin renewal & met her bc I am fully confident w my face in her hands. Pricing is beyond fair here, but her expertise, bedside manner, & honesty is priceless! read more

Dr. Gigi is absolutely amazing. I have gotten lip fillers here three times (first initial procedure then 2 touch-ups) Her and the staff have always made me feel comfortable and safe. You can just tell that Dr. Gigi is educated, knows the in and outs of fillers and will not leave you looking crazy. My fillers are so natural but still such a subtle difference, people can't even tell I got anything done. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I even recommended my friends and family if they want any work done. read more

Advanced Skin Renewal has saved my skin! I was really struggling with acne in beginning/mid 2020. I thought I had tried everything, but then a friend of mine recommended Photo-facials! I've had 3 Photo-facials done at Advanced Skin Renewal in the last 3-4 months and my skin is flawless! No more acne and just overall my skin is a lot less irritable/red. The staff is also so outgoing and kind! I can't wait to look into the other services they offer! read more

Words can't express how great the service was. Yolanda the Office Manager is probably the best assistant any boss will get. She helped explain all precautions and procedures expected both on the phone and later in person. I had back laser removal for the first time and tried Dysport as a substitute for Botox. Angela administered the laser and Genevieve administered the Dysport. The overall care, humility, reasonable pricing and thoroughness was more than I expected. I'll be back in 12 weeks to follow up for my back. What a great team!! read more

So I just came back from my appointment with Dr Gigi and Maja Avramovic with Advanced Skincare Renewal in Rocky River. Super professional women with advanced knowledge of skin elasticity and bone structure. I felt right at home and quickly bonded with Dr Gigi. I walked in sat down and they handed me a mirror. I joked about cracking the mirror and was instantly told I have beautiful skin, small pores, strong brow bones and almost no wrinkles. Zero numbing, Maja used a vibrating technique while Dr Gigi injected Dysport into my forehead and brow area and I barely felt anything at all. I should notice amazing results in the next couple days and I have a follow up appointment in the next 15 days. Does anyone want to have a skincare party with Dr Gigi, Maja, and me. Friends and Family are welcomed and the technologies, services and prices are great. I can't wait to try other services at this clean and friendly establishment. read more

I cannot recommend this place enough! I had laser hair removal done here. I've only had 1 treatment so far, but am so impressed with this place from the consultation to today that I wanted to share a review now. Three months ago I went to 3 laser hair places to see which one I liked best, compare prices, etc. Advanced Skin Renewal was the first place I visited. It was a free consultation & Genevieve, the owner, explained EVERYTHING to me - no question was too silly. She made me feel at ease & gave me a mini education session about hair growth & how lasers work. My experience with another laser hair removal clinic was completely different in a negative way & I couldn't wait to come back to Advanced Skin Renewal! It's great to have a business that you can trust to treat you the right way. Their prices are also very competitive while providing an excellent, quality service. read more

I have struggled with thick odd hair growth my whole life. I tried the overpriced expensive high end salons and Doctors offices (yes plural). I was given Genevieve's card and it took my 3 years before I called. After I finally called her and went in for my first treatment I was hooked. I can't tell you enough how comfortable she makes you feel and how removing the unwanted hair has helped my esteem. She is reasonably priced and cares about you as an Individual. If you have struggled with unwanted hair growth, search no longer and call her yesterday! read more

Advanced skin care renewal has really changed my life. I went in 2 years ago for a lip filler consult. At the time I had terrible cystic acne in which nothing was working, I was so upset. It prevented me from having a social life and really killed my self esteem but Genevive noticed it and introduced me to something called a photo facial. It kills the bacteria from underneath and stimulates collagen to help with scars. I noticed a difference after just the first treatment. She is very honest to her customers and genuinely cares. If you go for fillers she won't make you look like a duck! She knows what you need and only wants the best for her customers. I appreciate her so much. I still go today for a number of things and am happy every time. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for lip fillers, dysport, acne treatments, hair removal and more. read more

I have been to Advanced Skin Renewal several times over the last couple years, and it is always such a pleasure to work with Genevieve. The thing that first drew me to her is her passion for her products and the services she provides. You can tell in just speaking with her during the consultation that she believes in the products (which can also be proven from all the amazing before and after pictures she has!) She is also very knowledgeable in this field. She has done a ton of research and has been afforded the opportunity to actually teach OTHERS how to use the products! Genevieve makes you feel comfortable when you go in to get procedures, which is a huge plus! The first couple times I went in I was nervous, but she put my mind at ease right away. Lastly, the results I have seen have been tremendous. If you are hesitant about those invasive procedures, I would highly recommend going in to talk to Genevieve at Advanced Skin Renewal. The results are more gradual than those invasive procedures, as you can imagine, but definitely worth it! After just a few treatments, you will see results. She will make sure you are happy with your results, and go the extra mile to ensure you leave her office with a great experience. I would highly recommend working with Genevieve and her team at Advanced Skin Renewal. They have made it easy and efficient to schedule appointments, which makes my life easier! Give them a try ... you won't leave disappointed! read more

My journey to Genevieve is rather circuitous. My 95 year old Mom has had to deal with a bladder bag for the last four years. Not wanting to deal with this issue, I began a research journey to find a means to circumvent such a fate. Alas, my husband found Genevieve and he couldn't rave about their phone conversation enough. She was extremely informative and answered all his questions and concerns. In addition, there was no sales pitch or pressure. Eventually, I called Genevieve. At the end of the conversation, she was Gigi and I couldn't wait to have a personal consultation. After our meeting, I couldn't wait to start the procedure. Gigi went through all the procedures on the market and explained the benefits of Therma Va and Therma Smooth. This natural approach of "waking up the collagen" minus needles, surgery or other painful procedures was the tipping point for me. To date, I have had two Therma Va sessions and two Therma Smooth sessions. The results with both procedures are beyond my expectations. Gigi is professional, personable, kind and gentle. A true gem!!!! I hope to be with her for years. read more
