She wore a mask the entire time, and offered a safe experience. The salon is welcoming, clean, and beautifully appointed. Lainne is such a kind and likeable human, and she discussed wanting to make her place a safe space for the LGBTQ community (a safe space for anyone really). She listened to what I was looking for, offered suggestions when asked, and the results were incredible. Lainne has colored my hair in the past as well, and she is an expert with color - my hair is currently is silvery lavender-y mauve-ish color - I'm so happy with it.
