The shop is clean, they give great recommendations and are very helpful. The pedicures I get there are the best in NE Ohio that I've visited. You know how sometimes you go to a nail salon and you think the employees are talking about you behind your back in another language but then you think "Nah I'm overthinking it?" That's what happened here but THEY WERE making fun of me! I have a scar on my foot from surgery and at the end of the pedicure she goes "so we were laughing because of the scar on your foot. It's really ugly. You should think of getting a tattoo to get it covered so people can't see it." The pedicure was also not up to par and she did not cut my nails. I had never had a bad nails experience before, I just went because I have a wedding this weekend and my normal salon was fully booked. If I wouldn't have had the wedding coming up I would have just cut my losses, but I didn't have a choice except to take another risk. After the terrible experience I had yesterday, I came here pretty apprehensive about trying ANOTHER new place after what happened before, but they totally saved the day!
