The place appeared unclean, and she entered the room without knocking while I was changing. She was rough with my head and face and the dermaplaning was extremely rough, resulting in numerous cuts across my chin and forehead. When my face began bleeding, she did not address it ONCE, but instead repeatedly pressed a tissue against the cuts with excessive force over and over. Despite the open cuts, she proceeded with the chemical peel, which caused significant stinging. The massage portion also felt unprofessional and poorly executed. To make matters worse, she made a racist comment about my ethnicity and my people, which was completely unacceptable. Little things also include her yanking my phone from my hand to get the Groupon and vigorously tapping at my phone when the barcode did not load. Also, she made an assumption about my employment status which was uncalled for considering I was doing this treatment on my lunch break. Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about hygiene, safe treatment practices, professionalism, and basic respect. I left feeling mistreated and deeply disappointed. I would not return, and I strongly encourage others to carefully consider these concerns before booking. I would not recommend it. Thankfully I got my refund for the 3 treatments I paid for upfront.
