Have to update ... for some reason, I FORGOT to go back here. In the interim, I've tried a half dozen nail spas in the area ... Strongsville, Broadview Heights, Brunswick ... almost always overpriced, and I've had some horrific experiences. Anyway, started going here ... hands down best I've tried in Ohio. The prices are extremely reasonable, and you get a lot of "service." I go to Hannah ... the entire pedicure and manicure are great, but the massage phase is out of this world. I haven't had a pedicure this good since I left LA in 2017 (Wendy's Nails by Cedars Sinai Hospital is amazing). Another nice thing ... the polish on my toes lasted brilliantly ... no chipping after a week, or two weeks, or three weeks. I can't speak to what the polish would have done after that because I wanted another massage, I mean, pedicure. read more

Did a great job! Made an appointment in advanced to celebrate with four family members for mani/pedi service. They were prompt and efficient. Not too quick but very effective with their time. Clean enough establishment. Everyone enjoyed their experience with zero complaints. Massage chairs, light massage on hands and legs by humans, and quality but gentle pedicures. No harsh or murderous trimmings of the cuticles or callouses. No death pressure from the massages. Top notch performance from the experienced women who work here! I love my nails and I love how long they lasted and the efficiency of quality skills without the obnoxious wait time. $75 for gel mani/reg pedi/and hand painted decal on two of my fingers. $50 for reg mani/pedi. $20 for gel removal. They are my go to and typically do a good job. The owner is very welcoming and nice. However, I forgot that they can't keep an appointment, and was reminded of that today. Unless you have an appointment first thing in the morning, expect to wait at least 15-20 mins, which I now expect. Although today, after waiting for 10 minutes, I was asked to come back in 45 minutes. That's not a little behind, that's an entire appointment. That's prioritizing walk-ins over appointments. This was not the first time it's happened. Keeping appointments is not difficult and I understand things happen, and that's why calling the client before they come in and letting them know you need to bump them an hour or reschedule is a kinder way to go. read more

Excellent! Thai did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure. The price was really reasonable. Plus it was super busy. Always a good sign. Went there on Friday the 27th and the lady that did my pedicure was amazing she did them fast and really well but when they changed me to a different lady to do a manicure that lady did it as some people call half assed after a few hours my nails bubbles up and within a few day I had to take them off because of how ugly they became and I got gel so that should last at least two weeks, honestly if I could I would get a refund but since my mom took me out as a treat I didn't wanna complain, my mothers nails are fine so far but I would rather do my nails at home and it would look better and last longer, I gave it a three because my nails are now cracked front the pain that pealed but I liked the lady that did the pedicure since they look a lot better and probably will last me more then a month. read more

My busy weekend ended up getting a lot easier, so I had last minute time to pamper my WAY overdue toes and fingers. There is just something about this place--from the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly. I got my pedicure first and I guess when I was getting my manicure my feet didn't stay still. One of the ladies noticed and just laughed and fixed up my messed up nail. There was another woman there for the first time, getting nails done for a family wedding. She asked a million questions and they were so patient and helpful. Oh, and I ended up getting a CHROME finish on my fingernails. TRY IT. Not only a wide variety of colors for gel manicures, but for the cat eye manicure as well as about 8 chairs for pedicures. Acrylics and air brushing as well. If you don't have an appointment, they do every thing they can to fit you in. They work diligently to make you happy about the entire experience.
