I have been debating for A WHILE about writing this review because the staff was so nice prior to my service. I just so happened to have a terrible pedicure experience. Everything was great until a few days later after my pedicure had taken place. The guy literally scrapped my skin OFF to the point where it was hurting and burning to walk. My feet were RAW (I have attached pictures for your own judgement). I went to the doctors and the doctor was even shocked and wrote a note for reference. (I prefer to keep the note private since it has personal information). The owner contacted me and I agreed to just settle and get a refund, instead he contacted his insurance agent and the insurance company agreed to pay my medical bill. I wasn't looking for a huge settlement which, I could have took to court but I just wanted a refund. The owner have yet to contact me back which is terrible customer service. I will NEVER RETURN and I will never recommend this nail salon. My feet has never had huge patches of dry skin and since this incident it's terrible. It's very unfortunate the owner didn't accommodate me.

They fit me in last minute before closing and the guy took his time on my pedicure & Dip nails. They came out so nice. It was a little dirty and dusty in there but it look like they had a long day. With covid going on they probably should be a little more frequently cleaning the stations and protective shield between customers. I have a 5 star because the service was stellar.

Great spot! I got a full set with gel and a gel pedicure. Although I wait 30mins from my booked appointment to get seen I has a great experience. My toes and nail look great. Definitely would recommend it !

Treat yourself!! Just stop reading and go, you won't regret it. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and can barely get a glance at my toes much less reach them for any serious care so I stopped today on my lunch for a pedicure with gel polish. To be honest, this is only my second ever pedicure. The first was at a very high end salon and I have to say I'm happier with this experience than I was with that one. I know it makes a difference that I had gel polish this time and could put my shoes on the second he was done, but the pedicure itself, including cleaning, massage, etc. was even more delightful and professional. I'm not sure what these people make but it's not enough!! The facility is very nice and I enjoyed the massage chair, TV, and bottle of water. Thank you for the tip on tips - you can't write in a tip on the credit card slip so bring cash for that. I can't wait to go back. My puffy feet have never been this smooth and my nails look great! OH and if you are looking for a gift for the pregnant lady in your life - seriously get her a gift certificate here.

After reading the reviews of this salon I was so excited to try it out! The salon was very clean and not busy at all when I went in. I was able to walk in and be seated for a fill immediately. I was disappointed when I walked in though because it seemed like they didn't care about their customers one bit. Not one person said hi and i felt very uncomfortable. I put that aside and tried to have a positive mind for the service anyway. After sifting though a basket of nail colors, which wasn't organized at all and they just threw the basket in front of me to pick out a color, the lady started working on my nails. As she was filing them before applying color, many of my nails were crooked and when I asked her to fix them she was very annoyed by it. I have gotten my nails done for months, every two weeks. And this was the WORST my nails have ever been shaped or filled. I got annoyed with asking her to fix things and eventually I just wanted to pay and leave. I left and I am currently writing this review sitting in the parking lot. My nails are very thin, I'm expecting a break in a few days. She also left spots off nails without any color and the tips of the nails do not feel smooth at all. I am very disappointed and it's safe to say, I will never be back.

Was able to get a same day appointment for me and my 2 daughters. Sometimes providers do not treat children like paying customers but that was not the case here. They were kind to my girls, gentle with their nails and talked to them like customers. I really appreciated that. Thank you for your customer service!! read more

I have been in this salon for months now and can not find a technician who can do a gel manicure that will last longer than a week. I had it done in Scottsdale salon and it lasted for three weeks and could even longer. It always starts from my cuticles which aren't remove properly so the gel polish can not be applied as it should. I told them multiple times about it. They keep saying ok, ok but do the same thing. I am changing the salon and going somewhere else for sure. It was $100 bucks wasted for a manicure and pedicure. Don't do the same as I did. read more

Great little salon! Friendly service and reasonable prices. One of the best pedicures I've ever had too! I got a no chip a few weeks ago that started to chip off after less than a week. Terrible. Bad service. Bad products. Over priced gel manicure and painful pedicure. My sister and I both received unbelievably bad service. Each of our technicians was lazy and dismissive of even the paint color we wanted. It felt as though we were asking them to do us a favor instead of providing us good service. I come here for anything I'm looking for, to gel manicures to any type of pedicure, the work done is wonderful. Their pricing is affordable, extremely clean facility and the accommodating service sets them apart from the rest. I highly recommend Tony or Cookie, their work is impeccable and I recommend this place to all. They have a regards program as well, which is great! read more

Been going here for a few years now and I am always impressed with the service I receive! They are always able to squeeze me in without an appointment and provide great manicures and pedicures. I brought my entire bridal party here for my wedding and they were all thrilled with their nails. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for quality! I have been to this salon about a half dozen times for a basic pedicure & a lacquer manicure. Their " basic" manicure is pretty extensive. 4 different techs have done my nails. All have been very good, great attn to detail. They take sufficient time to make sure the services are done to the client's satisfaction. Very nice staff, very clean facility. Their manis & pedis LAST, and are reasonably priced. I have been to several other places where my manicure starts to peel after a week. We are moving about a half hour away & I will definitely miss this place. BTW -- review is by Jim's WIFE. read more

I've been here a few times and everyone is so friendly. The polish selection is really good, manicures and pedicures last for a while, and they make sure that you're taken care of...bringing water, magazines, etc. The facility is really clean, the staff is very attentive, and they really make sure you have a great experience. read more

My first experience at the salon was great. My nail technician had excellent customer service and took a lot of time of my nails. My appointment on 7/20 was NOTHING like my first experience. I had a full set and express pedicure done. The nails on my full set looked nice but she did not give me a manicure. Therefore, my cuticles look terrible. It literally just looks like someone just stuck fake nails on my fingers. My nail technician was very rude and had an angry demeanor. i would ask her questions about my nails and she appeared annoyed that I was asking her question. My nails were not even done and she asked for payment. Normally after your nails are done the technicians check you out. She then took me to the drying area and did not even tell me how long my nails should wait under the fan. She never came back to check on me. Therefore, I felt my own nails and thought they were done. I reached in my purse to get her a tip and they were still wet. A couple of the nails were ruined. I did go back to her and ask if she would redo them and she did. My express pedicure was literally super quick. I did not notice any changes on my feet. The last time I had a express pedicure it was quick but the technician did a good job. Safe to say I will NOT being going back there. read more

This was our first time (went with my teenager for a little girl time and we both got the Royal Mani/Pedi.) Loved the color selections and overall results! Choose your color off of the wall, not the swatches in the basket because many are mood changing or gel. Other points: nice massaging chairs, only saw one person have to wait so appointments seem optional, be prepared to pay cash for tip. Will definitely be back! read more

I had called in advance while booking my apt to ask how long it would take, and was told in total it would be 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed that the manicure started chipping within hours of coming home. They use exclusively Zoya polish for their regular polish. The color I chose was streaky, so the layers applied were so thick that even not touching anything for over an hour was not enough. Additionally, the color selection was pretty limited - I had initially wanted yellow for summer but it was not available. Overall, was nice for a gift card. Plan your day accordingly if you come.

I previously stopped in for manis and pedis. They always have a lot of appointment options which is super convenient. As always, I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It felt like this time the service was especially friendly and cordial. I received so much attention, it was amazing! The space feels clean, modern, and upscale without being pretentious. My nail technician took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and the attention to detail was top-notch. I got my first Dazzle Dry Polish mani and quick service. The results? This type of mani is more for a busy professional who is seeking value and speed. I went for the clean girl aesthetic selecting a pretty neutral. The salon has so many color choices though and they're all non-toxic. I'll probably set my sights on my traditional gel next time. My mani bubbled and chipped a bit by the next morning. My previous manis from here were great though so I think it's more of this specific polish. My nail tech also does the cutest designs that she showed me. Last night I got food poisoning, I was in the ER and notified them around 9:30am this morning that I would have to cancel my appointment. I understand there is a policy for cancelling within 24 hrs but where is your guys humility , sympathy, or care?? This is the first time I cancel within 24 hrs. Explain I am sick and you have to empathy. I will pull the doctors records if I have to be no be changed $96 for an appointment I physically can not make. After I spent $200 for ER. I will never be coming back. And I will make sure to let others know my experience.

There are a ton of color options to choose from. The reason for not 5 stars is that the place could use a little TLC ... ceilings especially where one is missing and one is half falling. Also there were bandaids on cabinets...? The workers were both so nice. I was taken immediately to choose colors and begin. I did the Gel Spa Manicure for $50 including an exfoliating scrub and lotion massage. It was so relaxing. Kim did a really good job and took her time to make sure everything looked good from the filing, cuticles, to the amount of gel layers I wanted, and at the end she made sure there was no jagged edges and if so filed it nicely. The prices are unbeatable, especially with the food service. I'm excited to go back.

Nails and Spa is truly a hidden gem. I have loved this place since the beginning and have been coming back ever since. Let me just say; being a lover of adorable nails and loving to keep up with nail trends, I have explored and tried countless nail salons pretty much all over Ohio. I can honestly say, I will never leave Nails and Spa. Located around 20 minutes from my house, it's always worth the drive. Every single nail tech is the absolute best. I am OCD about the shaping of my nails, especially when I have acrylics on. I love the coffin shape, and this is the ONLY nail salon that has ever taken the time to make my nails so perfect and sharp, exactly how I like them. Every other nail place has left me so upset with the shape... corners rounded, not long enough, too bumpy, too thick... Ect ect. They are so skilled, AND they offer amazing up to date nail designs like "sugar" nails, "chrome" nails and "holographic" nails which I'm obsessed with and actually just had done to my manicure today! I literally can not say enough good about this nail salon. Oh and one more thing, this is the only nail salon I know of that gives you a little card, and after 5 services your 6th is half off, which I like to use on a full set Hats off to this place for finally hitting it on the head, from the environment, to location, to staff and much more, you have a life long customer. read more

After reading all of these incredible reviews, it's my turn.....I have been to many salons all over the area, both east and west. I've been to nail salons in Florida, Chicago and California.......not one of them can compete with this salon! Tony is not just an owner or a manicurist but is truly an ARTIST!!!!! Love going to Nails and Spa! Love what Tony has done with the place since taking over. Technicians are extremely detailed and do a fantastic job. They treat my girls so nicely during their Princess Pedicures. The massage chairs are fantastic and the atmosphere is very calming. I recommend giving them a try. They offer everything from a basic polish change to Shellac. You won't be disappointed. read more
