I wasn't sure if I was going to write this because the ladies there are so sweet and such hard workers. But I thought I better just send a warning. I went there for years and loved how my nails turned out. They are very talented. I was out of town and had to get my nails done. When all was off, you could see that 6 out of 10 of my real nails were green!!!! This had happened a few times before but they always said it was something that I had done. Well I instantly knew after this that it was not me. I was told by many people it was from them using the dremel to take my old polish off instead of using a solution. It was very very painful. Also, from the dremel my original nails were so thin and soft that I could literally rip them right off. It was a very long and painful journey for them to grow the green fungus out, grow the thin soft nail bed out and get back to having a normal nail bed. I'm haven't gotten my nails done anywhere since them because I don't want to go through that again. It was awful. read more

I came in 45 minutes before they closed desperate because I went to another place that did a horrifying job. They brought me in immediately and were so caring to fix me all up! I had Van.. and I will now be a client of hers. Also have gotten several compliments on my nails. I'm very happy! read more

The appearance of the salon is decently clean and typical. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the service did not follow suit. I went in for a gel fill and gel polish. After the fill, the tech informed me that she accidentally use acrylic instead of gel and that I'd only be charged for the gel polish for her mistake. I accepted and thanked her for telling me the truth. The fill was quite uneven and went past my nail bed onto my finger with no adjustment and the drilling was quite painful. I will say that my skin is dry during winter, but after the painful drilling, 4 of my fingers were bleeding which continued to do so after I left. I've never had this happen with any nails treatment I received, so it's not as if I have sensitive skin or bleed easily. At this point, she apologized for making me bleed, I said it was okay that my skin may just be dry, yet continued to drill over the cuts causing a lot of pain and now worry of infection. To top of this experience, she proceeded to charge me full price after telling me I wouldn't be charged for the unwanted acrylic. I will never return to this salon nor could I recommend it to anyone. Photos shown are right after the service with product and blood on my fingers. That isn't dry skin. UPDATE: 6 days after having this horrible fill, I was unplugging my phone from the wall and my thumb nail broke off. My original set (done elsewhere) were beautiful, even, and thick. After continuous drilling and grinding down of my pretties, they were left paper thin and easily breakable. Im still in awe that I was deceived and told to pay full price after they used the wrong product and I was told I'd only pay for the polish, not the unwanted acrylic. I should have refused, but my Grandma was with me and I didn't want to make a scene. They knew I was only in town for Thanksgiving, which makes me think they knew I would t make a stink about it. My original gel set with gel polish which was done perfectly, evenly, and with NO pain or bleeding cost me around $45 dollars. They charged me about the same for this terrible fill that I'll now have to get fixed. Yuck. read more

Do not go here!! I went in today for a simple pedicure, paid $50 and had to walk out with NO polish on my toes. The nail tech cut my toenails down to the nub without even asking if I wanted the nails cut down. I have had hundreds of pedicures and they ALWAYS ask before cutting your toe nails. Once she cut the first one down to the nub, I had no choice but to cut the others. Then came the polish...they have such a small, pathetic collection of colors. No DND products at all, the options for color is VERY limited at this place. If I could give 0 stars I would! read more

This place is okay. It's kind of bland & boring. The smell gives me a headache & the wifi sucks. Although the workers are absolutely the sweetest & their nails are amazing. A little bit pricey, not gonna lie, but not too bad for a full set. Recommend this place, but wouldn't be my first choice. read more

Dont dont dont go here. Went for gel fill in and pedicure, it took 2.5 hours, no uv light used to set gel, and every one of my fingers had cuts on them from the girl filing my nails. The paint came out mediocre at best, and my nails were so bumpy and uneven I had to go the next day and spend another $30 to get them fixed. They can have one star from me for being open, but I'd rather not have given any. read more

Horrible!! Went for a soak off of shellac and manicure with new shellac. I was passed around to two different people and two different stations in the middle of soaking off old shellac. The lady was rushing me to pick a color when I wasn't even shown the options, and then when she brought them to show me, my fingers were soaking, how am I suppose to to flip through swatches? Then she rushed through my manicure because there was one of her regulars showed up and was waiting... I finished and walked out to my car and realized how crappy of a job, I had shellac all over my fingers, and under my nails, one nail was only half painted. I went right back in, she "fixed" the nail she only half painted and told me to just use alcohol and pick the excess shellac off myself!! I will NEVER go back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! read more

Gone to salon in past when in a pinch but I would not recommend this nail salon. I wont be going back. I had an 11 a.m. appointment, but didn't get a tech until 11:30 a.m. then it took the tech 2.5 hours to do shellac mani/pediatric. Very rough with filing during pedi, never had issue anywhere else, thought I was bleeding. The manicure was disappointing, no massage done. Shellac is already chipping on nails and just had done two days ago! Then to top it off was told two different prices for services. Not a happy customer :/ read more

A friend and I went here for pedicures on a Tuesday night. I had called that morning to make our appointments. Both being very pregnant, one of the techs, Mark, asked if either of us wanted him to try reflexology on us to induce labor. I told him to try it on me. Although it didn't work, the massage was very relaxing, and he was very friendly. The same friend and I had gone to a different salon last summer that did not impress me and was $45 for a pedicure. Eek is right! I was recommended to go here because they are about $10 cheaper for gel (which I didn't even end up getting) and I have NEVER in my life had such a horrendous set of nails on my fingers. The staff was nice but for the quality I will be forever taking my nails elsewhere. I paid $70.00 for acrylic nails and a pedi. She started fitting me for the acrylics while I was in the pedi chair which was not very relaxing to have both my arms on the left side of the chair on the table as I'm sitting. The pedi was decent but not the best. Then comes the real issue. When I sat down at the table to finish my acrylics, she painfully sanded the skin around my nails as she filed the acrylic. I wanted solid white nails and you can see the streaks where the paint did not cover. The edges are so choppy. There was a huge bubble in my left ring finger nail which I pointed out and she just added more clear coat on it. So yes I'm living with that currently. She never did my cuticles or took care of the nail underneath. Lotion Is not necessary at the end but my hands were painfully dry at that point. Two of the nails are so wide I also pointed them out and she said my middle fingers are just big. They are not. I haven't had acrylics done since 2012 and this was the worst experience and I am so disappointed and these are the nails I will have on my vacation. I didn't want to throw a fit, and even pointing out the two issues I did bring up kindly made me feel bad and she never fixed them so I awkwardly just kept quiet but I hate them. She also did not paint the tips and she did not clean up around my nails after so there is paint on my skin (not awful but it's just one more thing). Very clickish salon. If you are one of their regulars you might get a great manicure, but if you're not you will get rushed through and crappy service. And they talk about you in their native language and laugh and it is a very uncomfortable feeling. read more
