Once I walked in, she was able to tell right away that my lashes weren't great but she listened with no judgement and truly took the time to listen to what I wanted, which is just a simple classic and natural look to my lash extensions. We created a plan and she quickly got to work, she took the time to properly clean my lashes and get them looking better and explained every step to me. She consistently made sure I was comfortable and ensured to take good care of my eye area, everything was super clean. She took her time to ensure it was done right, took pictures to ensure I get the same type of lashes upon my return and ensured to point me to her website where she explains pre and post lash and eye care. I went there for years and loved how my nails turned out. They are very talented. I was out of town and had to get my nails done. When all was off, you could see that 6 out of 10 of my real nails were green!!!! This had happened a few times before but they always said it was something that I had done. Well I instantly knew after this that it was not me. I was told by many people it was from them using the dremel to take my old polish off instead of using a solution. It was very very painful. Also, from the dremel my original nails were so thin and soft that I could literally rip them right off. It was a very long and painful journey for them to grow the green fungus out, grow the thin soft nail bed out and get back to having a normal nail bed. I'm haven't gotten my nails done anywhere since them because I don't want to go through that again. It was awful.
