Worst manicure experience I ever had. Made an appointment for 10am. Got there at 9:55am and the building was dark and locked up still. The manager didn't arrive until 10:10am, and then had to proceed to set up before she could start my nails! Very frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that She did a sloppy job and my nails look like crap. She didn't paint anywhere close to my cuticle, and you could tell the top coat jar was pretty empty (or out) and she never bothered getting a fresh one. When I asked for my nails to be fixed, she did a terrible job even fixing them.Please save yourself time and money and get your nails done elsewhere. Absolutely horrible service. read more

Nam takes his time to do a fantastic job every time and is super nice and very knowledgable. Not impressed with the job they did or their customer service. I took my daughter there to get acrylics and I got a regular manicure. Everything was fine that day but 4 days later her acrylics started popping off. Due to their business hours and our schedule I didn't call until about the 8th day to let them know. They asked if she wanted to come back in and I said no, she doesn't want to have you fix them we wanted at least a partial refund of our money. I heard the girl on the phone tell the nail tech the situation and then she asked me to leave my call back information and she'd get back to me. No one ever did and it's been over a week. I guess because I asked for money back and not for them to do another poor job on her nails I don't get any attention. Won't ever go back. read more

Came in today for a full set of acrylics. Nang was super warm and friendly and we chatted the whole time I was getting them done. She told me that she had only been doing acrylics since November and I couldn't believe it. She did such a great job! Plus a whole set was only $30. I am here at Exotic Nail Touch and I have to say that Julie gave me one of the best pedicures that I have had. Julie was professional, caring and offer great conversation. The salon is under new management and it is a calming slice of delicousness...from the beautiful spirits of the Nia and Julie, to the music choice to the high tech massage chairs. I have lived in Cleveland for a little less than 4 months and have visited several salons to find a regular place to go biweekly and after many horrific mani and pedis and 100s of dollars spent....I will be making the trek from Lakewood bi-weekly to see these ladies. Very disappointed. I went for a gel pedicure, I left with two cuts on my foot. I called to have one of the toes fixed because it wasn't smooth and the woman on the phone said 630 I could get it fixed. When I walked up to the door at 630 the door was locked even though sign says open until 7. read more

I made an appointment which took a whole week to get it (I understand this place is SO busy and totally not their fault) I was running late, tried to call at 10 exactly when they opened up (and my appointment time) and no one answered. I walked in 9 minutes late and wasn't greeted due to one lady who was working on someone's nails, arguing with another lady who had walked in. The customer said "I was told yesterday to just walk in at ten and someone could get me in for a manicure" the nail tech said she couldn't, there was no room. They customer left, not mad. The nail tech then started talking badly about the customer who had just walked out saying how "she was lyin, no one told her that." Then a lady from the back walks up and goes "if my 10 o'clock appointment shows that would be great." I said, that's me. Hi I'm here. No on had greeted me still. My tech was visibly mad at me the whole time I was there. And she reeked if cigarettes. My nails were nothing Like I asked. I asked for round. I got literal square nails. Three days after my appointment, every single one of my acrylic nails had chipped off and some even popped off. Every. Single nail. Was ruined. Phone rang maybe 10 times while I was there and they didn't seem to interested in answering. The place was a mess, which confused me because reviews said the place was so clean. I'm talking, gross ceiling tiles. The tiles on the floor were coming up and showing gross looking carpet. I will never be back and I will talk down on this business until I die. Absolutely 100% unacceptable in every aspect of this place. Awful. I'm editing this to say that a lot of people have commented on how the top coat bottle was almost out, and I had the same experience. She didn't bother to get another bottle or do anything about it. Nearly ignored upon arrival - very dark salon (is it clean?). Had 2 pedicures (appointments made) and it took nearly 2 1/2 hours for both - they also sat us apart from one another when they knew we were coming together. Obnoxious music playing the whole time was not relaxing and did not help to create a calming, professional atmosphere. The pedicures were sloppy and they left the top of the toenails undone. In an attempt to clean up the extra polish around my daughter's nails, the polish was wiped all over her skin and she had excess nail polish around almost every nail. The polish did not even completely cover our nails...could have done this job ourselves. No "thank you" for tip and no "good bye" (like when we arrived). Overall, very unprofessional. Just awful! Had an appointment and there was no one there to do my nails. Had to wait an hour. The fumes made me almost leave. It can't be healthy to breathe in all that. Never have experienced anything like it and I get my nails done a lot. Even when I finally got my nails done, they weren't very good. Didn't ask if I liked them or anything. I went in on a Saturday requesting acrylic nails and the owner Nam tried to push a shellac manicure on me. I told him I wanted acrylic nails, he proceeds to do them but he is horrible at doing nails. He kept making mistakes with the acrylic, it wasnt properly applied to my ringer finger. It got so bad I nearly stopped him mid service and was ready to walk out. He was rushing although I was the only customer there. He didn't do the airbrushing right. I am going to soak off these nails and get my nails done somewhere else. I will never go back there and absolutely do not recomend Exotic Nail Touch at all. read more

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I went to this salon because I had no other time during the week to go to my normal salon and they are open until 5 Sunday's. The salon was dirty and I had to ask the manicurist to clean the station and change the tools when I sat down. It took the manicurist 1 hour and 30 mins to do a basic gel manicure. I have never had a manicure take longer than an hour. The bottle of top coat was running out and the manicurist did not get a new bottle so my manicure was not smooth. I was very unimpressed and will not be surprised if this place is shut down by the health department. I surely will never return. read more
