Their work is probably great, but I won't be finding out anytime soon. The place is absolutely dirty. And if they don't clean the store, then I'm gonna assume they don't clean their nail equipment either, I went in and walked out. I have been going to this salon for years. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I have seen them try to work in walk ins But they are very busy with their customers who make appointments. My pedicure last up to 5 weeks and I get so many compliments. The pedicure makes me smile. I go here twice a month and keep coming back. It's very small and you usually have to have an appointment. (Just a heads up they get busy so call ahead) They are great with working with my schedule to fit me in quickly and do a great job when I come. The service is friendly and fantastic. Lily & her husband are awesome! They are very personal & remember everything you tell them until next time, even if it's been months later. I have been going here for years! I just get my natural nails manicured & she puts it on thick so that it lasts a long time. She always does my nails the way I ask. She is happy to extend her hours for me or even come in early. They sanitize their equipment. I've been to nail salons in the past & they just use the same file on me that they just used on the person before me. That doesn't happen here! read more

I have attempted to get my nails done here three times but have never had them actually do them. Each time that I have went it they have told me that they do not have time to do them and that I must schedule an appointment. Beware- appointments also run late. My mom has gone to them for close to 20 years off and on for getting her nails done, and this is the ONLY place I will ever get a pedicure or manicure. The owners are Darro and his wife Lilli, and they are the sweetest people. They have been in the nail business for many, many years, and they are experts at what they do. Lilli gives the best pedicures and she's very gentle with your feet; I've gotten too many bad pedicures at other places where they are very rough on your feet, and that's why I'll only to go Lilli now. The decor inside isn't like an upscale spa or anything, but they keep things very clean and there are always plenty of good magazines, so you can catch up on celebrity gossip while getting your toes done! I have been going to Princess Nails for about 3 years now - so I'd say I have had ample time to make a honest review. Yes - they are always busy. Yes - you will need to make an appointment. No - you will not wait for a hour and a half (as a previous reviewer indicated) - that is VERY rare here. You may wait 10 or 15 minutes while they finish with someone else, but someone will come over and "wrap your nails" or prep your nails for you appointment, while you wait. They are very efficient here - but make no mistake - quality comes first, always!! There is a reason you HAVE to make an appointment, this place is in demand because the price, the service, and the results are nothing short of excellent. There are also only 3 individuals working at all times! This isn't your chain nail salon with 12 nail techs and no personal interaction. Lily, Dara, and Savory take their time to ensure you don't have to come back 2 days later for nail repairs. They also have an incredible knack for remembering literally everything - I don't even have to say my name when I call, and somehow Lily knows it's me! They are extremely friendly and you really never have to remind them of how you like your nails - they always remember! The downside to a successful business is being busy - but the service you get from Princess Nails makes it 100% worth it. Don't let making an appointment deter you from trying Princess Nails - because I guarantee once you get your nails done here, you will not want to go anywhere else.
