NOT a good experience just now. My Fiancé just had her nails done w a French Manicure She mentioned several times to make sure the lady removed all of the previous color (red). Lady says "it's no big deal". But it IS! Then we mention it again, & the lady says. "that's not where you point". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I went into Vanity Nails and signed in at 4:50pm today. I wasn't seen by a nail technician until 6:00pm. They were busy and needed more technicians. There wasn't enough seating. At 6pm they stopped taking walk-ins. Cheyenne did my nails. This is my second time going there and my second time having Cheyenne. She talked to me the whole time. She didn't rush and she taught me a few things about my own nails that I did not know. She was very patient with me and was very nice. She kept asking me if the electric nail file ever hurt or burned me. She made sure that she did her best each time. read more

Starting off SUPER unprofessional I've visited here before and was disappointed with the end result of my nails. They are disgustingly unprofessional and discriminate as they say "men getting nails done by men" without knowing for sure what gender the client officially is. The only reason I am.leaving a review is to let people know that their color selection for shellac is very limited. A majority of the colors are either mood changing or cats eye. There are hardly any selection with regards to common every day colors which do not change or contain sparkles. If you want a plain color do not go here as you will not find it read more

Whoa, I had went to a few places for them to turn me away claiming they had no time to do a full set of acrylics. One place it was 10:30am! This place I walk in the door, there are 2-3 girls waiting and 5-6 nail techs busting their butts. I sat maybe 10 mins. My nail tech was Mindy, I asked for almond nail shape and white gel polish. She was quick, careful and methodical. My nails look great, and I am very pleased with her professionalism, and caring nature. She never hurt me once even tho she was quick. She wished me a great time on my vacation and said she would see me in two weeks. They have a new customer. I just hope it stays that awesome! read more

Time management is an issue when you have an appointment and request a certain tech a month prior. Over all the service is great and beautiful work. Lee is the best for pedicures period. He actually cleans under your nails and does a fantastic foot and leg massage!! read more

Went in for relaxing mani and pedi before baby came. They didn't massage my arms or hands, the tech spoke zero English so she had to go get someone if I had a question. Didn't get feet soft at all. Nail polish chipped off of hands after a day and half and they wouldn't even try the easy design I wanted. After awful experience I still spent more then I ever have for both services read more

Walked in to get my nails done for a funeral. The girl at table 2 had an attitude you could tell she d want to do my nails. Everything I asked for she said it was extra. I asked to get them trimmed down and she said it's $5 extra. I asked since when, and she pointed to the sign and said right there. Very poor customer service! When I told her she was very upset with me actually shaking where I was very embarrassed and sad that I actually went into that place. I'm still not happy with the shape or color and the polish toches my skin and cuticle. For $84 before tip you should be happy with your choice and your nails. She said well you chose it not me! They suck!! Always tooks forever. I picked out a color and then the lady came back two times with the wrong color knowing it was the wrong color she applied the polished and then I told her that I did not like this color and was not the color that I chose.I asked her to please fix it and do a different color because it seems that they did not have the color that I was asking for that they had on their color wheel. Then she immediately got an attitude and told me how she did not want to do that and how much time it would take etc. when it was time to pay I was upset and told them that I did not want to pay for a service that I did not want because the lady did not do anything the way I wanted it. The nail shape even came out chunky and they look like they were just done in a rush which they were. The manager then proceeded to tell me that he would not give me a refund but he would still allow me to pay for these meals but take them off for me for free. I have no idea why I would pay for nails that I hate just to get them took it off immediately. The whole staff does not care how you feel about your service. They SUCK!!!!!!! read more
