The person who did my hair did a not so good job. My hair is the darkest of brown. I had my roots done. Told her my hair needs lots of warmth. She came and checked it 3 times. She said it was perfect and the brown was so rich and beautiful. With their lighting, it was hard to see. But she assured me it was perfect. Came home. My roots were like 4x lighter than my natural color. I called immediately. Told them of the situation. I took pics just for my record and to show her. It was all of my roots. I came in a week later (her soonest available), and she redid the roots. Used a darker color. And said it would cost me 15.00-20.00 more. I said, "What?" She didn't do it right the first time. She said I still had to pay for the product.. wth? No choice, I had her do it, I was going to not pay, but I felt I best pay, but I would contact the manager and / or owner. I had a meeting on Monday and needed it done. As I checked out, the receptionist asked if I'd like to add the tip on the card? I said, "No." I asked the receptionist if making the customer pay for the hair dressers mistake is common. She replied, "That's what the manager tells us to do." Is this a common practice that I have never heard of? I've been to many places in the past, and I have never heard of this or had this happen. So my 68.00 root color turned into 84.00 and then asked for an additional tip?

An instrument with crystals helps to remove blemishes and fine lines. It removes the old cells of the skin to give a fresh look. Karlee used a cleanser, toner and moisturizers, so many I don't remember. My face felt great, and I needed it done. Aveda products she used are for sale. Then I returned for a brow tint. Karlee chose my hair color. She plucked, waxed, shaped and colored my brows using an Aveda pencil that contains wax. Therefore it is waterproof, and last four to six weeks. I really liked the results. I purchased the pencil for $24. Prices for all salon and spa services are online. Receiving a gift card was wonderful.

The next day I noticed one side was longer than the other and the layers were extremely choppy. Nothing was blended together, and it looked heavy in some parts and other parts were thinned out. To make matters worse when I got home from my haircut I noticed there was a major hair dye stain on the back of my shirt. I had gone straight to the salon after work and now a pretty expensive work shirt is ruined. The owner refunded my haircut and gave me tips to get the dye out of the shirt but didn't offer anything else to comp the ruined shirt.

The first time our food was ready quickly. It was fresh and hot and delicious. The manager came around to ask us how our food was and the bill was brought promptly when we were ready for it. When I called the lady that answered recommended Emma. She is absolutely fantastic, I'll be quite happy if nobody else ever cuts my hair besides her. She is also great about recommending good easy to use products that fit my busy lifestyle complete with frequent travel for business. My wife also starting going to Emma and has had a number of massages here that she raves about (unsure of massage therapists name). Bottom line..,...highly recommend.
