The natural color is dark brown going on gray. I dreamed of a rose gold pink color. Somehow Theresa plucked the perfect color out of my mind. Megan did an amazing cut & blow out! She thinned it out in the right places & did a perfect cut to frame my face. She took her time to make sure my hair was smooth & soft. I don't think I have ever loved my hair this much! She assumed we wanted the "Spa Pedi" - which was the most expensive. She was very disappointed when I told her we only wanted the "Express Pedi". She started berating us for the fact that she will now be losing money and have to just sit and wait for her next costumer. She also said something about supporting her child (Her child would have to be about 30-40yrs old from the looks of Juliet) It was VERY uncomfortable. Then when my mom asked her name, she chastised my 82 year old mother who has memory issues, for not remembering her name - since we had been there several months ago and Juliet had told her her name THEN! Again, very hostile! She also criticized my mom for cutting her nails too short and started lecturing her about how to cut her nails. It was very demeaning. The girl who did my nails was mostly quiet however seemed pretty dismissive and unfriendly as well. As my nail color was drying, I could tell there were big ridges and bumps in the polish and when I started to touch it, she yelled at me and told me not to touch it, that it was the nail oil that was still "setting". Now I've done my own nails enough to know when I see ridges and bumps in my polish - no amount of nail oil is going to fix that! Juliet put my moms toes under a drying lamp and even tho my mom told her it was touching one of her nails, she was ignored and after we walked out and looked closer at her toes, we saw that the polish on her big toe was smeared! So $55 a piece for 2 pedicures where both of us will have to redo our nails again - or live with the results! Even checking out, since we both had gift cards on file - they told my mom she had enough on hers to pay for both but then said we could use mine for the tip ($40!) I agreed, thinking she would use SOME of that credit for the tip but she assumed I meant ALL of it! - So I guess we now paid for the "Spa Pedi's" after all! I don't even care that I don't have any credit there anymore since we will never be back!

The stylist who attended to me was not the usual one, and she left my hair completely blonde!! It was like I went from being a brunette to Shakira overnight! I would never in my life ask for that kind of artificial and overdone blonde, and even less without consulting me. Also , during the process, before I realized the mistake, the stylist after two hours told me she didn't have time to cut or style my hair and that I would have to come back another day What ??? She left the dye on my hair for almost THREE HOURS, which I'm sure didn't help the situation. I was starting to get worried as the time went by, but I trusted that she knew what she was doing. Boy, was I wrong. When she finally rinsed out the dye, my hair was completely ruined. When the other stylists realized the damage, they tried to fix the mistake with a toner, but the result was .... OMG : now my hair looks gray It's unbelievable that they couldn't get it right in the first place, and their "solution" was even worse . I've been a client for three/four years and I never imagined I'd receive treatment like this. The lack of recognition and condescending attitude of the staff was what bothered me the most. They said, "This is the color we always do for you," acting like it was true. There was no "Sorry, we made a mistake".They acted like I was crazy and it was all just a fabrication!! Needless to say, I left without paying. Now I'll have to go to another salon to try to fix this mess. I have photos of my hair before, during, and after the disaster, so I can prove the evidence . I don't recommend this salon to anyone. The lack of professionalism and the staff's attitude is unacceptable. Look elsewhere for your hair needs.

I had gone straight to the salon after work and now a pretty expensive work shirt is ruined. The owner refunded my haircut and gave me tips to get the dye out of the shirt but didn't offer anything else to comp the ruined shirt.

It's a very busy salon and I managed to snag an appointment with owner Trisha. I originally went in with a very vague idea of what I wanted done. I knew I wanted a balayage of some sort. I haven't dyed my hair in over 3 years so I was a bit reluctant to dump a bunch of chemicals on my noggin. Fortunately they use a plant based product line called Lanza. It smelled and performed very well. After about a 3 hour long visit, lots of hairdyes and foils later, I came away with the most beautiful balayage ever. Alayna and Trisha both worked in tandem on my hair. It was a very relaxing experience with such nice people. I can't say enough good about about this salon. The love really shows there. This unique salon specializes in creative color, dreadlocks and most barber needs. It's worth going out of your way for. I think I found my hair tribe!
