I also had a set of acrylic nails applied and chose to match them with my pedicure. All was perfect that day (Thursday, 6/25/26) and through the evening. I received compliments on my nails from friends and strangers. However, one nail has popped off each of the 3 days since then. As a general standard, acrylic nails last about 2 weeks and I heard a nail tech relay the same info to another customer. I have not used my hands for anything unusual, in fact, I have not even been doing the typical activities like typing or washing dishes. The way the nails a just popping off randomly can only be related to the poor quality of their application. I have not reached out to the salon yet because they are closed today but will be sharing this review and photos. I am beyond disappointed to have wasted so much money for such questionable product quality.

I work on a computer. So I don't have any heavy lifting or difficult work. $56 plus a tip is a lot to pay for a color to chip off in one day. I have acrylic/ gel nails, so I like to have them cleaned out underneath with a diamond tip when finished, just to get the extra acrylic and glue out and to smooth out my natural nail. That wasn't done. No hand massages with lotion any more either. Why keep it out if it's not used?

Also, the massaging chairs here are better than most. Prices are on par with pretty much every other strip mall nail salon. While the polite lady did an OK job on my feet, it was just ... OK. Not bad, but not award-winning. The trimming of my nails was fine. Even the work on the cuticles. Though she used the cheese grater on my feet, as well as a sanding block, I felt like it was just enough, and nothing more. The scrubbing of my calves took her all of 15 seconds. And the color, which I get every summer, wasn't exactly the best paint job I've ever received. She took her time, but I just don't think she was very qualified. My experience could also be due to me going in at noon on a weekday. Still, I would return here.
