I had my nails done yesterday by Paula. She listened and did an amazing job to keep my new full set of acrylic nails thin. Being new to Cleveland it's been difficult to find a quality Nail artist. The only issue is that Paula can just do regular gel polish without added artwork but I'm okay with that :). I recommend paying with cash, otherwise there are additional transaction fee charges. The drive is about 25 mins for me but it's worth it. read more

They were fantastic, so was the best, but out of the clear blue I was told she was no longer going to do my nails by her mother since then, Sophea has ghosted me, has not replied to any of the text I had sent her to find out what went wrong, Paula needs to learn better social skills to communicate with their customers. Over the years, I've gone to her. My appointment was changed because she had to get her eyelashes done or I was asked to come in later because she had to get her eyebrows done and I was always accommodating and I was told she was going on vacation and when I reached out to find out if she was back, I was confronted by her mother telling me she wasn't doing my nails anymore. read more

Very disappointing. So I book an appointment on their booking site, SetMore. I receive back an email confirming my appointment. I show up for said appt. I am asked about it, and did I have the right day? The employee hadn't shown up at the salon. I show them my email and they didn't ask me to reschedule or anything. So another employee does the pedicure. The employee walks in , goes right by me. When I'm finished I stop and ask, what happened? What was the mix up? She glares at me and says "I'm not doing this". I go to the desk to pay and I ask the owner, who is her mother, what's wrong, why did she get ticked at me. She wouldn't answer. Now I've been going here for probably 10-15 years, I'm shocked at the attitude. No explanation, so I told her she just lost a customer. So don't bother to explain or check just treat the client like crap. There's always another salon. read more

They have always helped me same day in a pinch and I have had the pleasure of having Suntlee (I'm sorry I know this is spelled completely incorrectly and my sincerest apologies) both do my pedicure and my gel manicure. She is the most meticulous, caring, thoughtful and attentive nail technician I have worked with. I used to be a Liz Nails customer for the past 8 years and even though you make an appointment there they take others ahead of you and you either wait 20-30 minutes or come back later in the day. This is how I happened upon exotic nails. I called and the lovely woman on the phone asked how long it would take me to get to the salon and they fit me right in. My appointment was never rushed and I felt extremely welcome and the salon seemed filled with regulars so you know they're doing something right! I have come in several times over the last months. Most recently, I brought 2 other people. The services provided are not my problem. It is the extremely poor communication. Two out of four times, the staff has not given me the service I asked for and told me I was wrong. It feels like they want to upsell which is not wrong, if the customer is asked. Today, I arrived at the scheduled time, and had polish removed and was told that someone else would take care of me from that point on. The person who started did not offer any explanation or time frame and it was clear it would not be at least another 15-20 minutes, The first person was standing there talking. I finally got up and said I really could not wait, especially when people are standing around. I do not want to spend my time and money on anything that is not of value. The only thing I can do is change what I do. I will find another place to get my nails done. read more

Had some trouble finding somewhere to get my toes done since it was a graduation weekend and nearly everywhere I called was booked. Did some Yelp research and landed on this place. I was a walk in and they took me right away. Had a good choice of polish. I believe it was the owner who did my pedi and she did an amazing job. My feet are so soft and the polish looks great! I absolutely love this place. These nails last a long time and I've never experienced them chipping or coming the tiniest bit loose. These nails are on for good. Narath is my nail tech and he does an amazing job. I have acrylic nails and like them shorter. He makes sure they are the length I like and smoothed out before applying gel polish. This place also has a lot of options such as jewels to put on your nails and special designs like a marble effect. Prices are very reasonable and good for the quality! read more

She was super sweet and receptive; my last nail tech at a different salon really fucked me up, but Sophea fixed it up so well! My last acrylics were laid on way too thick for my liking, and while I could definitely still go a bit thinner it's fine especially for avoiding breakage.
