Unfortunately, one of my gel nails chipped and fell off before the 24-hour mark. FYI, gel manicures usually last about two weeks for me. I was on vacation so I reached out to the manicurist on social media to give her the feedback and all I got was a "That should NOT have happened." I called the salon hoping they would be a little more apologetic and the person that answered was extremely cold and unhelpful. I told her that I basically didn't have a manicure anymore and she responded, "Umm, you definitely still have a manicure." She said I could get a 50% refund or could come in when I was back to have them fixed. I knew they would have been grown out by that time - little did I know, they would all peel off before the end of my trip. I guess I was looking for either a full refund or a free manicure since I had spent $70 and left a very generous tip but apparently they don't really care about customer retention. Save your money and go to The Beauty Room in Tremont. They do a fantastic job at a better price point. And everyone is super friendly.
