Sharon is absolutely the best!! She explained natural, healthy nail practices to me as she removed the toxic layers off my nails that i had on from a random place. When she was done my nails felt so fresh and light. I prefer short nails and i love the shape she made nails. Sharon also uses the best products out there. The studio has an awesome vibe. It's pretty, warm and cozy. Once you go to Sharon, you will never want to go anywhere else.

I've been here twice and the experience has been flawless each time. The two photos attached are from the last two times I came (sorry if I'm boring using the same polish color). I'm extremely picky about my nails and have zero complaints when I leave here. No bumps, no ugly thick layers of polish, no jagged edges. Just a smooth perfect manicure that lasts for over 3 weeks (though I won't wait that long between applications again). Highly recommend. read more

Sharon was so dope. I snuck in an appointment last min before New Years to get a fun design (I'm obsessed with nail designs... and glitter) and she did not disappoint! We picked out a cute design on Pinterest and she painted it perfectly. Can't wait to go back to get some more fun designs done by her. Also it's a gel nail polish and it still looks perfect to this date. read more

After neglecting my poor feet (yet again) I was on the lookout for a new place on the west side to treat my feet to some TLC. I did a lot of looking and found Empress Nails to be fairly priced and I loved the idea of a micro salon. I arrived a few minutes early and had time to look over the polish beforehand. I found the selection to be minimal but very well curated (there was plenty of variety but not 50 different shades of the same color) with gels on one side and traditional polish on the other. Sharon took great care of my feet - everything was clipped, pushed, polished, and buffed to perfection. It's been almost a month and the polish (regular, not gel) has held up perfectly. Came to Sharon after a failed manicure at a nearby salon and in much distress. Even though she doesn't take walk-ins she was SO nice and SO accommodating and was able to get my nails looking AMAZING in 20 minutes!!!! She helped me pick the perfect color and, wow, they look great!!! read more

Sharon was awesome! So glad she could fit my friend and I in last minute for pedicures! Her micro shop is so cute and clean! She has complimentary coffee, tea and water available, very personable, and did a great job on our toes! If I lived in the area I'd be a regular for sure! If you're in Cleveland, skip those fancy expensive salons and stop in to support a small local business! You wont be disappointed! read more

I visited Cleveland for the MAC championship and needed to get my nails done desperately. I found Sharon on Yelp and I'm so thankful I did! She was extremely friendly and amicable. I was extremely impressed with her work and her personality. I got a gel manicure and pedicure which I usually get but never before have I had them done so well! The only bad thing I can say is I wish I lived closer . I will definitely be using her again whenever I'm in the area. read more

Sharon was amazing! She was so kind and great with conversation. She was a perfectionist and made sure my nails came out perfectly. The salon is in a building on the 3rd floor (walk into lobby and take elevator up to the 3rd, take a left and down the hall). She was also super quick to reply and confirm my appt through Yelp. Sharon is all about preserving your healthy, natural nail using the best products and techniques to do so. I have been going to Empress Nails for over two years and my nails have never looked better! I opened my business late summer of 2018, its a micro salon which means I can only take one person at a time. I've worked in the beauty industry for 16 years now and I'm proud of my work with the natural nail.

My technician was really focused and spent time redoing nails if it looked wonky. Unfortunately, she did not catch everything (and neither did I until it was too late to go back). Some of my nails are different lengths, there are edges/corners that are missing polish. One of my nails has a .5cm section that didn't get the last coat of color so it's two toned. Overall, the nails still look fine from far away but I don't feel like I got the quality I was looking for for the price. Everyone was very friendly and it is clean inside!

Stopped by today for acrylic nail removal, and was pleasantly surprised at how attentive to detail Sharon was. Removal, nail filed, and a few coats of nail strengthening later my nails feel and look great. The micro salon was very clean, with complementary drinks.
