I got a basic manicure and pedicure. Extremely affordable. Was able to make an appointment for a manicure/pedicure on the same day. Very kind and attentive staff. Service was great. Possibly the best foot massage I've gotten at a nail salon. Love my nails. Will be back! Only recommendation: have nail polishes sorted by color or brand. read more

Cleanliness very very run down good service very poor salon conditions nice people accessible

While visiting my son at CWRU, I had an hour to myself while he finished class. My gel French manicure was perfect. There is a convenient parking lot next to the nail salon. I will return! read more

Bella Nail Bar was a surprise! My husband is at the Cleveland Clinic for chemo and radiation. I stumbled upon Bella Nail Bar as I was looking to get a manicure. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. I've got to say that I received the BEST manicure I've ever had! The service was great. She took the extra time to cut my cuticles perfectly. It's 5 days after my manicure and they're still perfect. My nails are thin and brittle, so I normally have chipped nails 5 days after a manicure. I'm so impressed! Not to mention, it may have been the cheapest manicure I've ever paid for. I highly recommend Bella Nail Bar! read more

Very friendly and nice people that were able to accommodate me same day for dip manicure. Great colors available and they were happy to show as many as I was trying to decide. My reason for knocking to 3 stars was is the tools used weren't freshly sterilized , file was already used, and nails were dipped into the jars instead of brushed on. My manicure was efficient and looks great and the price was reasonable. read more

Quick and efficient while maintaining quality. Dip lasts a long time. Never have a hard time getting in for an appointment. Prices are comparable to most places in Cleveland but the quality is better! Highly recommend Bella Nail Bar. read more

Fabulous job on the regular paint for the toes and dip for the finger nails. $95 total which is pricey but this seems to be the market for getting nails done in cleveland. They're pretty busy so you won't get a same day appointment here but they will try their best to squeeze you in the next day. Also open on Sundays which is hard to find. read more

Bella Nail Bar - Mani-Pedi from 1 week ago. - Nail Salons Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

I tried so hard not to write this review.. because the woman was nice (despite texting during the appt when her station said not to use my phone), and her kids were cute. But an hour after my appt my polish began to peel?? I've never seen that before. A week later my pinky finger started to lift. Ironic because my previous set was lifting and she wasn't shy to tell me everything my regular technician did wrong. And now - my pinky just fell off entirely. read more

My friend and I came to get our nails done today after a very stressful week of classes. The staff was amazing. Very friendly, and they did a great job with both of our nails! I had my nails dipped, and my friend got a gel mani. The massage was a great bonus! We will definitely be back! Also, such a convenient location! read more

I have a service dog, even after explaining my situation I was corrected in a forceful way. The woman who owns the business was ill informed and ignorant. There was not one second of adult conversation that she had an issue instead I was talked down to and dismissed. I offered to show my paperwork to her and still refused. 100 percent don't waste your time at this business. read more

Best nail shop in Cleveland by far! Their service is really good and always consistent. This is my new nail spot!

Took me 3 years of living in Cleveland from Orlando, FL, but I've found my nail salon. 5 stars for ease of scheduling appointment, time efficiency and a job very well done. I live in Ohio City & feel like I've given every west side nail salon a try. I usually leave unhappy and feel like I've overpaid for nails that usually fail and chip within a few days. If gel doesn't last 2 weeks, something is not right. I requested an appointment with Eddy earlier this morning, and he got me in same day with no issue. He was friendly and quick, without making me feel rushed. No air bubbles, no clear gel oozing on the side of my cuticles or polish on the skin, just perfection. Thank you! read more

The spa was pleasant and conveniently located. I got an appointment for a gel manicure on the same day as I called, and had no wait when I arrived. All of the staff were very friendly. My manicure is well done, including a brief hand massage at the end. However, the price was quite high ($42 including tax), and I do not feel it was an outstanding manicure compared to other cheaper ones I've had. Will likely not return, purely because of the price. read more

Great place to get your nails done! Eddie does an awesome job and takes his time to make sure I like the shape and everything. They almost always can find a time for me to come in, even if I call for a same day appointment (even stayed a little late to finish my nails once) I did have a slight issue with the gel peeling off too quickly from one of my acrylic nails (as some of the other reviews mentioned, it may be the brand? No clue.) but they were more than happy to fix it for free when I came in and asked! read more

I went in for a gel mani and they did a great job on my nails. As a lifelong nail biter I appreciated the time and care they took to make my nails look nice. This is right near where I work so I will definitely be returning. Giving 4 stars because I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had scheduled an appointment. I understand this is a newly-opened business and not everything can run smoothly at first, but they were nice and very apologetic. read more

I asked for dip nails with added length, coffin style, but the guy doing my nails said it wasn't possible because the nail could be lop sided. Idk what he meant, but he ended up just giving me dip nails with added length and just squared off. He also seemed in a hurry, very rushed. I ended up fixing my nails at a different location and they told me that wasn't true and did what I actually asked for. He didn't do a bad job, but it wasn't what I wanted, and I had to get them fixed. read more

These pictures literally do not do justice to the amazing job Eddy did on my nails. Not only was the service amazing, they were able to make an appointment for me the day of and got started on me and my friend immediately. I've been here twice and both times I have left with a smile on my face. They are also super responsible and when I accidentally scratched the top coat off some of my nails I went in the next day and Eddy made sure to fix it perfectly. They definitely put the customer first and made sure the drill wasn't hurting me and asked my opinion on the shape of my nails before proceeding. The last dip that they did for me lasted a month which is incredible and looked amazing until the last day. 100% will be coming back!!! Highly highly recommend read more

I just found this place! It's closer to my it will probably be my new go-to shop. They have a lot more dip options than the salons I've been going to. They also executed the dip really well! It's not nearly as thick as other salons but looks just as nice. Plus, the salon is very nice. And the owners were very nice and personable. UPDATE: They charged my card twice and I called to have it taken care of and he said I had to come in. When I came in I was waiting 20 mins before they helped me with my refund. He only needed the last 4 digits of my card so I could have provided that over the phone. I don't handle poor customer service well so I won't be back. read more

Bella Nail has become my nail bar in Cleveland. Every time I relocate to a new city, I try to find all my "places"- lash salon, nail salon, etc. I am a picky person so once I find my "place" I immediately stop looking. Once you find good, quality people/service, you just don't leave! I tried a few salons in the area before coming across Bella. It's very conveniently located, very near University Hospital, Case Western, and Cleveland Clinic! In fact, it is halfway between my home and my work and I nearly pass it every day! From the start, I have had positive experiences with Bella. I have had my nails done multiple times by Seha (she is such a gem!) and she does a thorough job every time. I am not a very adventurous person when it comes to nails- I only do Blues for Red by OPI or Bubble Bath by OPI, but every time she nails it! She is kind, pays attention to detail, and really cares for her clients! And we care for her in return! Seha is also always great with dealing with my horrible chewed up thumbs (habit) and doesn't make me feel terrible for it. I have had my nails done by a few other others who work there and have also only had positive experiences with them! I get gel polish changes, but my roommate has gotten dip done there and also loved the experience! Lasts and looks great. She and I were just commenting the other day on how real and genuine the staff are there, and how that makes us feel more prone to returning. It's a laid-back, wholesome experience every time! And now they have expanded a section of their salon to also take hair and lash appointments with their new girl, Lena! She is from Seattle and also as sweet as can be. I can't say enough good things about Bella Nail. If you need a great manicure/pedicure at a reasonable price- please give them a try! Parking is convenient in the garage located immediately to the right of the shop, and you are sure to be greeted by friendly faces and fantastic service. read more

This place is phenomenal, very understated but the tech (Sayha) did a meticulous job, took her time, and I left with a great gel manicure and regular pedicure. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that at $75 this is a bit on the pricy side, but I'm very pleased. read more

Update: While it pains me to say this, even though my experience at the salon was wonderful and my technician spent lots of time on my nails and they looked great, the gels lasted less than a week. As another reviewer noted, the brand of polish they are using (had never heard of it before) is ultimately super ineffective. Around day 5 an entire nail just peeled right off. Now this usually happens after 10-14 days when the bonds normally start to wear off. But after 5 days, for the amount of money spent is ridiculous. Within 7 days all but two nails had peeled off. Once off, I noticed that whatever brand they used felt super flimsy and cheap, like it never really had a bond at all. For how much they are charging for the gel mani's, Id check out somewhere else. If they change to a more refinished brand of polish I will definitely give them another shot. Discovered this place through Yelp and took a chance. Just started school in the area and this salon is right in the middle of everything and super convenient. Made an appointment through the yelp app. The store responded and booked immediately The technician was incredibly helpful and friendly! Apparently they just opened. Great selection of colors. Price is a little on the higher end, but you absolutely get what you pay for! I hate when you feel like you're being rushed at a nail salon, and this girl really took her time and had great attention to detail. I am one happy xusto You cannot beat the location or the quality of the work. I will definitely be returning! read more

I'm really disappointed because I come here all the time and I usually sit at Rebecca's booth but today I decided to come in and get my nails done by Eddy. All he did was glue my nails down, shaped them and then walked away to his appointment. I didn't mind but he had me wait an hour and a half while he did his appointment and her friends nails. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I will still go there but I should've never had to wait that long. He shouldn't have started my nails if he was going to walk away and not finish. read more

I was in Cleveland for a work trip and badly needed to get a dip manicure redone. Eddy scheduled me at the time I needed and did an awesome job for a fair price. I have been Eddie's customer for about 7 years. I have followed him to 2 different salons that were closer to where I live, and am excited that he has finally opened his own shop and can train his nail techs to provide the same customer service he has for years.
