The owner is the sweetest person and works tirelessly to ensure all her clients are happy. She invests in clean, natural products and even attends out-of-state training sessions to further her education in this profession. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and she recommended something slightly different that was much better for my nails, given their condition. I'm so glad she did! It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me strengthen my nails. She walked me through each step of the process, explaining what she was doing and why, which made me realize how little I knew about nail care. She took her time with my cuticles, which I find is often rushed or overlooked at other salons. Thank you so much for an incredible experience! I can't wait to come back!

The second time I came here, I got a different tech, Tony, for a simple gel manicure. I have to say, it was a much better experience. Tony cleaned up my cuticles carefully and applied gel with attention to detail. The manicure ended with a brief hand massage, which was the best part of all. If I could make any request, it would be that Allure would add a new service to their menu- a spa Mani that focused on a longer hand and arm massage. I am a graphic designer and sometimes have issues with hands cramping and carpel tunnel, and would pay more for a service that added a spa like hand treatment and longer massage. I do like that they accept walk-ins. I would also love if they could just address the quality control of their staff. Maybe it was a fluke, but it seems others have had troubles here as well. But Tony is great.

I get the dip mani as well and my nails always look and feel great.

Also, the massaging chairs here are better than most. Prices are on par with pretty much every other strip mall nail salon. While the polite lady did an OK job on my feet, it was just ... OK. Not bad, but not award-winning. The trimming of my nails was fine. Even the work on the cuticles. Though she used the cheese grater on my feet, as well as a sanding block, I felt like it was just enough, and nothing more. The scrubbing of my calves took her all of 15 seconds. And the color, which I get every summer, wasn't exactly the best paint job I've ever received. She took her time, but I just don't think she was very qualified. My experience could also be due to me going in at noon on a weekday. Still, I would return here.

This location is in the Westlake Mall and it was massive. Perhaps the largest nail salon I have ever been to personally, (I am from California) I sat at a table down the middle near the back. There's a wall of polish, but you will never get near that wall. They will bring you menus with nail colors. I was given two to choose from and one of the two books happened to have a color I was trying to replicate which was perfect, but I think they must have more colors. They just didn't show me others. Definitely busy with lots of people doing Mani/Pedi. I'm not sure about the value. I think it was higher than what I expected to pay for a gel mani and my nails were kind of in a weak state so I felt like they could've prepped my nail bed better for strength before putting on the gel but otherwise, it was exactly what I needed. My thumb nail cracked down the edge into my nail bed a within the week :( Coming from California you always think everything is going to be cheaper outside of California and this perhaps because of the nice location is pricey, it was $43 for a gel Mani. You can decide if that is a value for the quality. They did not offer tea or water. I asked for water but they said, no. This must be the spot for locals as it was busy.
