In the midst of trying to get a date scheduled, she puts me on hold...for about 5-7 minutes to where she gets back on the phone and says their computer went down and can't schedule my mother in law because of downed computers. I said okay that's fine. When they come back up please just schedule my mother in law your first available appointment no matter when and I would get her there. She says okay no problem. I get no call back, so next day I call back to which I'm told they will not schedule my mother in law and my only option was to be sent to the office manager to know why?!?!? I'm not stupid.... The first call was her putting me on hold to call OPI to figure out what why it was so hard to schedule and I got black balled from scheduling with them.... How insanely unprofessional and actually illegal... HIPPA VIOLATION if I ever saw one... I wasn't even going to be the patient, I am my mother in law's caregiver so I schedule ALL her medical appointments...mind you with no problem! I filed a complaint with the Medical Board. Bunch of caddy, unprofessional people. Wouldn't trust them to do anything... don't go here! Ended up going 45 minutes in the opposite direction and was able to schedule her within 5 minutes with manners, respect and professionalism.

I could not be happier with the service I received and the courtesy with which I was treated. The office is run efficiently and for each of the six appointments I was ushered into my room immediately upon my arrival. Each time I enjoyed a few minutes of pleasant conversation with Jude, the technician, as she prepped me and then Dr. Greer came in promptly to complete the procedure. Probably the most striking part of my experience came at my initial appointment. I had come to the office thinking that I would get some form of treatment to rejuvenate my 57 year old face. Dr. Greer spent what seemed to me to be an extraordinary amount of time (as compared to my other medical professionals) asking questions about how I felt about my face and my entire body. As we talked and as a result of her gentle probing; I determined for myself that my real concerns were not my face but other areas of my body. She suggested a procedure, at the same cost as the one that I had originally anticipated having done, and we began that course of treatment that same visit.
