Blackbird Fly is located in the new Pinecrest development in Orange. It's a beautifully laid out…read morestore located right on the main drag of Pinecrest with parking spots out front. I have to be honest. I tend not to shop at many women's boutiques because I never feel the clothes are inclusive. I'm not a 5 foot tall size 0 looking for a $200 crop top, which is almost always what the inventory feels like. I nearly passed out when I came across sweaters and tunics that were sized to fit real people and ended up purchasing a flattering geometric knit sweater with a cute hood that I can't wait to wear (if it ever becomes fall). I love that the clothes here are real. They have a lovely selection of jewelry, homewares, cards, small gifts and other stationary that were unique and simply darling. It was too tempting to buy 1000 things for myself. I will absolutely return here the next time I need a gift for someone! But don't get me wrong, I did purchase an amethyst chunk bracelet I have zero regrets about. :) As I was checking out, I met the owner, who was lovely. I also really appreciated that while I was shopping, no one followed me around asking me if I liked XYZ. That's a pushy sales technique that just leaves me not wanting to return, and I'm so happy they don't do that. Love!

I love everything about this Boutique-- from the clothes to the ambiance-- but the owner made the…read morestore even more awesome! I came to Cleveland without a jacket and for some reason Google told me that the store closed at 7pm, so at 6:45pm (45 minutes after the store closed), I banged on the glass, and I was greeted with a smile and welcomed inside. The boutique is incredible! I wish we had one like it in Baltimore because I would be there all of the time. They have adorable clothes-- from leggings to dresses to jackets and sweaters. And the price point on a lot of the clothes make them affordable which is awesome. In some stores, you pick up a jacket and pay $400+, but here, you can get adorable jackets for 1/4 of that! Stop by here (before 6pm)-- you won't be sorry!

I stumbled upon this little shop for one huge reason: they are one of the few boutiques in the…read moreChagrin Falls area that's actually open past 5/6pm. That alone is a miracle for this area. This shop is the equivalent of a visual feast. The boutique is really overwhelming, but in a good way. All the clothes are very bohemian/stylish and there are so many racks to go through, you could literally spend hours in here. They have a fantastic selection of flowing sweaters, ponchos and other capes that could easily make me feel like I live in California. The sales associates are really helpful, and they can help you navigate the racks upon racks. What I love about this boutique is the jewelry selection. Their unique necklaces, artistic agate pieces and costume jewelry are just downright fun. The prices are fair for the larger, chunkier pieces. This section could be really dangerous for me...when it comes to jewelry, I love weird stuff. This selection fits the bill. Overall, this place is definitely worth a look for youthful, fun jewelry and women's clothing.

I make a special trip here about 3 times a year. I am sad they are moving locations but I will…read morefollow them to their new one! They have the most adorable clothing. It is a little bit more pricey than normal stores by fifteen to thirty dollars but it is worth it. Their quality and unique-ness is worth it and I am more than happy to pay a few extra bucks to support a local business. The ladies are always super nice and helpful! Their black Friday sale is AWESOME and I go every year. This boutique is definitely worth checking out!

I still wear clothes from 2006 because they know how to pick stuff that will be in style for a long time. They usually stretch me into trying stuff on that I would never think of. I really love this store. Why did I give it 4 stars instead of 5? Because I cannot afford to love…read morethis store. They aren't gouging or anything, it's just high-end stuff. And I do not make high-end money. Great examples of the best of East Coast fashion...fairly subdued, and lots of black/white/grey. Which is golden for me, since I'm not the dude who can be thrown into a closet full of color and come out anything short of a disaster. And it's the home base of Cleveland-based fashion line "Wrath Arcane" which I've really developed a serious fetish for. I've managed to score a pair of their jeans and a scoodie so far. What the hell is a "scoodie", you ask? It's a scarf. With a hood. Hell yeah. I love the damn thing. Dan is the man at Brigade, and he's pretty much always the dude behind the counter. A solid guy, knows his stuff, and treats you like his bestest buddy from the moment you walk in the door. I've caught Brian O'Neill (owner) in there once or twice and he's a sterling dude. Great people, great clothes, and great service. Hell, when you buy something they wrap it up and carry it to the door for you! Made me feel all special. Like I was buying jeans in First Class or something.
