The cloths here are darling. They are nicer quality and there are two great dressing rooms where you can get things on. I have walked in here a bunch of times but never bought anything. Then today, I saw a final sale White Lether jacket that was a great price and I had to get it. The not great part was the one young lady store worker who helped me. She was condescending when I said I didn't need a receipt, and said, "well this isn't the gap! The owner won't email you anything that's not the receipt." I was pretty startled by the interaction as I just wanted to get the jacket and get out of there. It quickly made the exciting experience of getting a cute item not so pleasurable. I loved the purchase, but a little hesitant about returning due to the poor customer service that was provided in such a short time exchange. read more

Haven is a cute little place in Chagrin Falls. The inside is very minimalistic. They have a small section of jewelry and scarves, and it doesn't take long to get through the store. Haven is sort of off the main drag from the rest of Chagrin Falls and the store is set back a little next to a bank (I believe). Its evident they've handpicked all their items to be displayed, and the owners have clearly crafted a vision for their store. When I visited, all the clothing in the store was very tiny. As a tall person, this made it difficult for me to find anything long enough. I get the fitted look, but fitted doesn't always work when you're tall. They did have some beautiful printed dresses but only had them in small sizes. Maybe I just caught them on a weird day... who knows. I hear they do personal styling, which some of my friends have done and been very happy with. While I couldn't leave with anything, its overall still a nice shop to come peruse some beautiful items. read more

This is the kind of attention you can't get anywhere else--and their ability to find the perfect styles from all over is just impeccable. They'll even find you shoes and accessories to go with your look! When I come into the store to try-on and pick-up my personal styling options, I'm always so excited to see the in-store items they've paired with them to make the perfect looks. It makes the entire shopping experience so much fun, relaxing and like you're just hanging with friends (who happen to have amazing fashion-sense.) They also host pop-up shops around downtown neighborhoods at local businesses, so keep an eye on their social media pages and website. Oh! Where do you go in Cleveland if you a. don't want to go to the mall b. don't want to spend a fortune and c. have access to clothing and accessories that are stylish and unique? Pre-Haven Style House, the answer was nowhere. I really don't think there was a shop like this in the Cleveland area. It's my new go-to spot if I need a fun new addition to my wardrobe like a sassy party dress or staples like denim and t-shirts. I'm also obsessed with their jewelry and handbags--think knuckle rings and large, butter-like leather clutches. They also carry just the right amount of product and they are constantly changing it up. Their merchandise is carefully and perfectly curated which is really testament to the owner's Anne and Cori's great taste. They are also incredibly stylish in their own right and will give you guidance in putting together an awesome outfit, jewelry included. They also carry an amazing line of cosmetics called Youngblood, perfect for peeps with sensitive skin and offer makeup application. You could pretty much get head-to-toe ready for a night out at Haven which brings me to their girl's night out parties. They'll help you throw an awesome girl's night complete with a dance party and cocktails. It's the perfect way to start a night out or Bachelorette party. This place kinda scares me. Every time my wife shops there, she buys something new and stylish. She always comes out looking great and I just pray that she doesn't realize how cool she looks.
