Its almost like being an ass to people is a requirement in the hiring process. Y'all need an attitude check, lets not forget that y'all are a bunch of stuck up little high schoolers from OHIO lmfao. Darlene is a delight, the Aunt of the store owner. I love boutiques that offer items not found elsewhere. The price points are also good--makes you want to buy more. I found a very cute top that will be a staple. The dressing rooms are adorable and the store is very cute. I will definitely go back when in town.

I was looking for something special for my guy for his birthday, in particular a nice pocket square. As I pulled up to this old, ivy covered building, I didn't know what to expect. The inside was filled with every color and texture of jackets, pants, shirts and ties. The next room was filled with bow ties, more shirts, cufflinks, even more wonderful, manly items and WINE! Yes, wine by the case! And let's not for about their Hermes shop inside. Talk about dreamy. The service was shy, yet attentive, which was a nice surprise. I was sort of expecting a high-pressure sales atmosphere, but that wasn't the case at all. In fact, the guy who helped me was the son of the owner and he stuck with me through probably about 45 minutes of "Hmmm... I'm not sure" and "Are there more colors?" God bless his soul. And did I mention the huge selection? They seriously showed me over 150 pocket squares. Crazy cool stuff. It's what I'd want a gentlemen's shop to be, what I'd expect to see in a movie, almost. So, alas, Yelp world, let me help you discover Vignettes. Located in downtown Hudson, Vignettes is a seriously beautiful store. This gorgeously curated shop is a perfect place to pick up any type of gift: engagement, bridal, baby, birthday, or hostess. Its so hard to describe their items. When you first enter, there's beautiful art amongst elegant tablewares and entertaining pieces. It flows into candles and aromatherapy, then into holiday decor. Then it turns into beautiful jewelry, elegant baby items and high-end women's clothing. They also have some of the most gorgeous cashmere, cape, poncho and scarf selections i've seen in the suburbs. Don't underestimate this shop for some of the nicest high-end clothes in the area! I believe they also do monogramming on many of their products. They had a few examples on the shelves which looked super interesting. I'm only giving Vignettes 4-stars because I have yet to make a purchase. The items are high-end, so when I make my next purchase, you can expect an update! The monogramming may be in my near future!
