When I moved 5 minutes away from Chagrin Falls, I went down to the village and went to all the little boutiques with my mother. I fell in love with Nola True instantly. All of the clothing is so unique and chic. Nothing is over the top but everything has it's own unique twist that it just instantly makes you feel so different in the best way possible. Ever since finding this store, I now have 5 dresses and two shirts from this store. I have taken my mother who has bought a shirt and my 92 year old grandma's birthday outfit, I have taken my aunt who has bought three pairs of pants and a shirt, and my girlfriends when they come and visit me who can't stop talking about it. They have everything from dresses, to shirts, to crop tops, skirts, jewelry, and cute hand bags. Nola True is the first place I go to when I need a new outfit that I know no one else will have. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back to see their latest purchases!

She was condescending when I said I didn't need a receipt, and said, "well this isn't the gap! The owner won't email you anything that's not the receipt." I was pretty startled by the interaction as I just wanted to get the jacket and get out of there. It quickly made the exciting experience of getting a cute item not so pleasurable. I loved the purchase, but a little hesitant about returning due to the poor customer service that was provided in such a short time exchange.

Haven is sort of off the main drag from the rest of Chagrin Falls and the store is set back a little next to a bank (I believe). Its evident they've handpicked all their items to be displayed, and the owners have clearly crafted a vision for their store. When I visited, all the clothing in the store was very tiny. As a tall person, this made it difficult for me to find anything long enough. I get the fitted look, but fitted doesn't always work when you're tall. They did have some beautiful printed dresses but only had them in small sizes. Maybe I just caught them on a weird day... who knows. I hear they do personal styling, which some of my friends have done and been very happy with. While I couldn't leave with anything, its overall still a nice shop to come peruse some beautiful items.

I was looking for something special for my guy for his birthday, in particular a nice pocket square. As I pulled up to this old, ivy covered building, I didn't know what to expect. The inside was filled with every color and texture of jackets, pants, shirts and ties. The next room was filled with bow ties, more shirts, cufflinks, even more wonderful, manly items and WINE! Yes, wine by the case! And let's not for about their Hermes shop inside. Talk about dreamy. The service was shy, yet attentive, which was a nice surprise. I was sort of expecting a high-pressure sales atmosphere, but that wasn't the case at all. In fact, the guy who helped me was the son of the owner and he stuck with me through probably about 45 minutes of "Hmmm... I'm not sure" and "Are there more colors?" God bless his soul. And did I mention the huge selection? They seriously showed me over 150 pocket squares. Crazy cool stuff. It's what I'd want a gentlemen's shop to be, what I'd expect to see in a movie, almost. Such a fantastic place! Oh, and lastly, I'm not expert on mens clothing prices, but I pay for service and this place seemed modest with service for days.

However, there's no expiration date on the gift card, and federal law clearly states a gift card cannot expire less than 5 years after the issue date unless the card clearly states an expiration policy. Not only did I have to explain my personal family emergencies over the past year that contributed to my inability to use the gift card, but the owner was incredibly rude about it. She huffed and puffed and made a scene. I was so uncomfortable and plan to never shop here again.

Meat counters, fresh vegetables and fruit, sauces, Middle Eastern food, Greek, Mexican, Gyros, sandwiches, baked goods, salads and so much more are all over. Even stalls that repeat the same types of items have their own unique spin and history. It's busy, with people everywhere looking and enjoying their purchases. Prices are reasonable, especially how fresh and local everything is. I bought a bunch of small things to eat while we walked, together we bought shishkabobs and steak to enjoy at home the following day. It's a great place to shop local!

All of this is housed inside a historic building with stunning architecture that makes the experience even better. Pro tip: Climb the stairs to the second floor for an incredible bird's-eye view of the entire market. It's the perfect way to appreciate just how special this Cleveland landmark really is.

It feels like whispering a secret sharing this review because the boutique just opened and is intentionally not advertised. Even people in the neighborhood haven't all found it but you just did. Ambiance: High ceilings, chic exposed concrete look, neutral drapes, expert staging, and ritzy feel. You instantly feel transported to SoHo (maybe Rick Owens concrete minimalism space). Locally I can only compare it to the stark elegance of RH (Restoration Hardware). It's really a marriage of a boutique and gallery. There is a lounge area with couches and chairs for you to unwind while making purchasing decisions. The fitting room has a huge stunning mirror to evaluate your fit. It's simply gorgeous. Merchandise: As you enter the boutique you'll find men's merchandise to your left and women's merchandise to your right. Women's sizes go up to L. Some of the brands that can be found in the store are Silk laundry, Mijeong park Marle, and St Agni. The clothing is well curated with pleasant feeling fabrics - silks and soft fabrics. The owner suggested considering unisex look and checking out the men's collection. You can certainly find a dress for your night out in Cedar Fairmount. Clothing is around $100-200 at least based on the tags I've looked at. There are a few jewelry pieces and accessories in store. Home decor is on the shelf in the center of the store and few items are strategically placed around the store. You'll find ceramics, the thinned glass, vases, candles, and more. Most articles are worthy of display in your home. Art coffee books are also scattered around the space like Auguste Rodin's art. Most artifacts have little stories about their exclusivity and European origin. You'll find plenty of distinct pieces to spoil yourself or other people in your life. They are pricey but every object seems well curated, high quality, and hard to find elsewhere in the wild. Service: The owner is very friendly and introduces you to the space. Beverages are offered to customers. The guests look like they're from the pages of Vogue. I definitely should have dressed up to shop here. Neighborhood: The neighborhood where the boutique is located is known for its dining and new-ish wine shop. All are within walking distance in the same commercial district. I didn't realise that Océanne opened a second store location in 2021 in the Pinecrest mall on the east side and they also now have a Westlake location (Crocker Park Mall) which opened in 2024. This first location in the Gordon Square neighbourhood of Cleveland opened in October 2017. ITEMS -- They sell various items from vegan nail polish, cute shirts and dresses, candles, mason jar cups, hats, books, sweaters, baby clothes, and of course, jewellery. Their jewellery is made right there, in-house. Customer service was wonderful when I first visited in April 2023 - the employee working answered my questions and she was very friendly. I visited recently again in December 2024 just to browse the store but I didn't buy anything. The Femme Libre (free woman) t-shirt looks cute.
