I grabbed a smoothie @Nature's Oasis and then headed back down the walkway, I was surprised to see that they actually had groovy stores that I would shop at. Anywhoo I decided to walk into WG because it's my vibe and man was I inspired. The decor, styling and overall vibe was my speed. Tom, the owner promptly greeted me (because y'all should know by now, I love superb customer service) and talked to me like we had been knowing each other for years. His laid back demeanor was groovy and welcoming even though I didn't purchase anything. Note: if you're an xs like my daughter and I, you may not have much luck but the prices are reasonable.

I had put on some lbs from the initial measuring. So when they did all the measurements and tailoring only for me to come back 2 sizes bigger... that was probably a tailors worse nightmare. That was truly embarrassing. But they were able to have the pants let out quickly and were able to sell me another vest that I was able to fit into. Long story short, crisis avoided and I thank them for that. I will definitely be back soon. They do great work!

Grey button-downs are traded for all-over gold and purple prints. Blank back pockets are traded for fancy scrolled arcuates. And The Above is the only game in town for Japanese selvedge denim, which is yet another expensive taste that I can't quite afford. Not that it stops me from trying, mind you. Good guys, and they are obviously doing what they love.
