INVENTORY: One small storefront filled with predominantly household goods and furniture. The inventory is probably 1960's to current time. There are a few clothing items - men's jerseys and baseball hats (like Hooters hat). The space is filled with textures like wicker, knits, and ceramics. There are a few unique pieces like African sculptures and few gorgeous vases. Other than that, I found the inventory to be pretty overplayed. The prices were considerably higher compared to other shops in Lakewood and Cleveland. For instance, wicker fish was $60, and emerald velvet bench was $300. The store accepts Afterpay unlike other similar businesses. SERVICE: The service was okay, pretty transactional. I appreciated that help was offered with shopping. PARKING: There is no dedicated parking lot but street and meter parking is aplenty in this part of Lakewood. Stop in if you're in the mood to check out vintage with coffee in hand. The store was not for me due to pricing and me preferring vintage from earlier time periods. Still, I can see how someone can find unique home decor here.

There were once two standalone arcades, the Colonial (built in 1898) and Euclid (build in 1911). These two structures were combined into the 5th Street Arcades. These arcades hold a lot of history and retail. AMBIANCE: The 5th Street Arcades are adorned with history - ornate ceilings and trims. Don't forget to look up and take in all the beauty. The space includes two walkways accessible from the Euclid Avenue and near East 4th. Should you use a ride share, consider the existence of various entrances. Arcades include retail and dining. There are only a handful of businesses. I most recommend Geraci's pizza (delicious pizza in diner setting), Intro (for fun outfits for your downtown outings), Coco's Selfie Studio (for documenting your family's moment), Rocket Fizz (for candy nostalgia), and Colossal Cupcakes (for the most Instagrammable sweets). You'll also find something very nostalgic - shoe shine! Ensure that you check the working hours of these establishments, most stores remain closed on weekends and have odd hours. Check retail and dining directory on the 5th Street Arcades website. HOLIDAY MARKETS: The 5th Street Arcades will be hosting Holiday Makers Market this Christmas season. They will be on weekends - Saturdays and Sundays. PARKING: Parking is available at various parking lots downtown (Euclid Avenue or by E 4th Street). If you're staying as a tourist in the city, it's an easy walk from all the hotels on Euclid Avenue. Unfortunately, if you are pear shaped and order an A-line dress - they'll order you a dress that's four sizes too large for your top. My wedding dress is huge and I've since taken it to two different alterations appointments and the fit is terrible. I'm so disappointed and sad over my wedding dress not fitting me properly and being so large, I went and bought a different, off the rack dress elsewhere. The new dress I bought is four sizes smaller and fits me perfectly. The other dress shops said La Blanca should know better than to order a dress that large... but here we are. I'm out about $3000 from the price of the dress and two rounds of alterations just to end up having to go get something else for my special day. I would not recommend.

The main entryway you'll find a makeshift shop with Jade and Asian art as well as T-shirts and dishes and jewelry items. For their back to the right, you'll find a random embroidered, colorful wall art and furniture pieces. Up the stairs is a restaurant and some additional gallery or artwork as well. Left in the entryway is the food market. The food market is your usual pungent odor of fish seafood,in tanks, fresh is best.
