It's very disheartening to say how disappointed I am in Sanity. A beautiful boutique, but the customer service is poor. I am a local and was in the store for at least 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledge, which is completely unacceptable. Neither of the staff members asked if myself and the person I was with needed any help or anything. Very disappointing. read more

I needed some jeans and went to Sanity. Isabel (the owner) put a variety of jeans in a dressing room for me and tops that she thought I would like. She's one smart cookie, because she was spot on about most everything and I bought a lot more than I thought I would. I am a 50 year year old mother of 2 grown children and Between my 24 year old daughter and myself we ALWAYS FIND AGE APPROPRIATE ON TREND CLOTHING THAT ARE WELL MADE AT A GREAT PRICE POINT TOO.!!! I find the sales people to be too pushy, not giving me the privacy I should have to just shop. Why do I have to explain what I am looking for? Why do I have to be told every time I hold up an article of clothing, do I have to be told that its so beautiful and that I have to have it? While in the dressing room why does the sales person feel she has the right to slide her hand in through the curtain and hand me another article of clothing and tell me to try it on, then question me if I did? I've been there twice and twice I experienced overbearing sales people. read more

My favorite shop in Chagrin Falls! The clothing is appropriate for such a large range of ages and body types, making it such a great place for everyone. The sales associates are always friendly and really know how to style great outfits. I always go there when I need a unique piece for a special occasion last minute and they ALWAYS find the best outfit for me! My wardrobe is slowly but surely becoming all Sanity pieces and I get so many compliments on everything! The jewelry is also something to go there for! The necklaces and earrings are such statement pieces that you can't find anywhere else. I would recommend this boutique to absolutely anyone. Could not agree more with Josie's review. The sales associate who I believe is actually the Manager at the boutique is unbearable. She is always rude and never has a smile on her face.
