I've been looking for running shoes and I decided to do a in store fitting on 1/31/2025 around 6pm. Maggie warmly my welcomed my cousin and I upon arrival. They busier than normal for evening but were all very pleasant and walked us through the process of getting signed up and going for the fitting. Maggie listen to all my needs and treated like a queen. She made sure I was 1000% sure with my shoe purchase. They had a nice selection of brands to choose from. The pricing was fair and I even qualified for a health care worker discount. The other two young ladies working that even were amazing as well. They all communicated exceptionally to make this shopping experience everything I needed and more. I can't wait to shop at fleet feet in the near future. Fleet Feet you can do better. They have a board where you write your name to get in line. Seems like a good way to manage the fittings on a busy day. Well I just sat there for thirty minutes and nobody even spoke to me. No less than three groups walked in and were helped immediately while I just sat there waiting for my turn that never arrived. I asked the salesperson if they use the board at all and she responded "well we try to". That was it. No offer to actually help me. What a waste of time this was. Update - I went to Second Sole since Fleet Feet wasn't interested in selling me shoes and found excellent service, excellent selection, and walked out with a new pair of kicks. read more

Getting the right fit was terrific with the technology you have to look at how you walk, etc. My salesperson, Emily, was EXTREMELY thorough with the fitting, listened patiently to my foot issues and sent me home with shoes that fit and are comfortable. Wow!!! I haven't seen this kind of costumer service and knowledge of a product in a long time! Walked in and was promptly greeted by Kristen who took her time to analyze and explain everything about about the way I walk and jog, after the results from their FIT machine! Than brought me different type and brand of shoes to try! Never once tried to push a product or just make a sale. There were more costumers in the store and one could tell they are more interested in giving you as much knowledge and answering all your questions than pushing you to just buy something! They seem to take a lot of pride on what they do and that makes you feel good about walking into a store like that. I ended up buying a pair of running shoes, socks and a sole insert that goes with my specific foot arch. Probably the most comfortable running shoes I have ever had, hope it will make a difference! Don't think twice about walking in there, even if you never jogged or worked out before, they will take their time to put you on the FIT machine that analyzes everything about your feet and show you the perfect shoes, and most importantly, let you make the final decision based on their advice and expertise! I moved to Cleveland last week, so I'm in the process of finding my way around. I stopped in today, just to see what Fleet Feet had and to get some general running club/ race/ etc questions answered. These guys were beyond nice and helpful and pointed me in the direction of running trails in my neck of the woods and who has some running club meet ups and who to look at. I spent a good 10 minutes talking to Matt and even though I'm good on my running shoes for the moment, he took a look at my current pair just to see how they were holding up. In terms of selection, they have a good variety of shoes, clothing and such. Definitely a good place to come in the Cleveland area for running related material!!! read more

They have very attentive customer service. Stacy gave our daughter several great choices on excellent running shoes. She did not rush her and encouraged her to put inserts in both her running and her walking shoes. They fit the special inserts there. This was a terrific idea, as she is so much more comfortable. I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. My foot is very difficult to fit. Mark found the perfect shoe for me. I like to rotate my athletic shoes and Mark offered to get a few more pairs in my size. He said that they should be in by Friday. From my past experience with other establishments, I didn't expect to hear back from Fleet Feet but, sure enough, much to my surprise, I got a call on Friday. They had 2 more pairs for me to try on. Back in I went and was able to find another pair. The staff seems to know everything about their products. This will definitely be where I go next time I need athletic shoes. read more

The staff (Jody in my case) is very knowledgable and will make sure you have the right shoe for your foot and needs. Stopped by while I was in town to try on a pair of running shoes I saw online. For the first time in 20 years I found a salesperson who understood running. She knew how to fit a supinator with wide feet, and understood the different shoes they sold. It's even the type of place where they help you try on the shoes. My size wasn't in stock, but they found it at another store and will ship it to my home --- for less than the price I would have paid online. read more

I learned some new things, like for instance I've been wearing too small a shoe and I have a new way to lace my shoes.
