Very Heavy set with a horrible brownish colored wig that wasn't even centered on her head. It was obvious she did not want to work or was having a bad day. I asked her a question about my points and she didn't respond. One would think she hearing disabled. Her entire demeanor was straight trash. Employees like her should definitely be in the stock room and not interact with customers. I know help is hard to find and she is an example of a company being desperate for workers but she definitely does not need to be behind the register or she needs some basic training. I asked for the manager who they said was Jazz. She was not there. At least that's what they said.
