I called them a week later for an update which they could not provide and told me to call back the next day. I called back the next day and was once again told they have no update but that I should call back the next day. When I called back the next day, I was told confirmation was never provided and they haven't started a repair. Kim, the manager, provided no value or remedy for the situation. I'll make every attempt to avoid spending a dollar with Dick's Sporting Goods again.
