The store is big and bright and well stocked with quality brands of clothing and gear and lifestyle items like candles. They even had some snowshoes (if only it would snow in NE Ohio). At store purchased original item, which we did not return. We were talked into an add on to item that cost $100 with the understanding we could return it if the person who got it as a gift did not desire it. Took add on item back on 1-11-2015. Were forced to take merchandise credit because we returned it 5 days too late. No written notice regarding this policy is given to the customer, i.e. on receipt. Store credit is good only for a few years. Really? When politely questioning staff re: all this they became quite offended and indignant. All this is could be legal but question if it would hold up on court challenge or is a successful business practice in the long run. Wasn't going to complain, until as leaving the store, we overheard another person who was understandably upset about having to take a merchandise credit of nearly $600.

Hunter contacted me within a few days of making a deposit and kept in constant contact while waiting out the weather and my work schedule. We met at the selected time and place and after some brief conversation we headed to the river. River fishing is very new to me. We talked how how to wade safely especially on the slippery and muddy conditions and how to safely wade unfamiliar water. We got started by Hunter evaluating my rig then watched my casting offering tips and suggestions throughout. We discussed different methods from streamers to nymphing as well as how to fish riffles or not. All in all I feel I got a tremendous amount of info from an experienced angler that I could ask questions as they came up and not just a YouTube video. The best advice though was to get out and do it! I felt as if I was fishing with my brother! Thanks Hunter!
