I will give them five stars because I've had very positive experiences with their customer service. I found their cashiers to be helpful and very much accommodating. I saw that some reviewers had different experiences, but those appear to be from long ago. A few points raised in another review: First, the lack of bathrooms. Sorry, but that's typical for bin stores. I'm sure that this partly to minimize theft or tampering with the products (opening boxes, etc). Speaking of which.... Second,... YES, they don't allow customers to open boxes. That's a good way for the contents to be strewn around and misplaced. That happened a lot at the Where Ya Bin store in Solon, so we should not be surprised that this kind of behavior is forbidden. Third... I understand that it's inconvenient to have the cashiers open the boxes up. The idea of having a separate, dedicated employee open up the boxes, however, is just bonkers. For a small store like this, there can't possibly be enough work for such a person, and hiring one would doubtlessly drive the prices up. It would be nice if the prices would drop below $1, but I can't really complain. They still offer pretty good deals... certainly better than what I've seen at a few other stores. read more

Huge bin store., The biggest around that I have found. However the set up is not the best I have been to other bin stores with multi open stations.. because this store is so large stock day is packed and you can't get to the open stations. So you take a gamble on anything you buy. They need to have 2 open stations on stock day at least for the first few hours read more

This place could be SO much better. They have a LOT of potential yet their customer service is in need of some serious review and overhaul. FIRST OFF, there is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM!! Which means you will have to go to McDonalds, Goodwill or somewhere else to use the restroom before coming inside. No matter how much you spend, they will NOT let you use the restroom there. Which is a HUGE pile of 'what' considering this location used to be a restaurant! So, I KNOW there are restrooms they just lock the doors then block that hallway with skids, pallets and merchandise. So, be warned BEFOREHAND, use the restroom BEFORE COMING in the store! My personal recommendation is to go to Goodwill first across the parking lot. It's probably the closest restroom to this 'store'. Okay, my NEXT warning before coming into the store: DO NOT EVEN THINK OF OPENING A SINGLE BOX IN ANY OF THE BINS!! Here, if you are interested in anything that is in a box, you have to bring it up to the front of the store! I am serious, if you even start to open a box, "even if it is open", they will get on the stores loud speaker and tell you this store policy: "Do NOT open any boxes! Even if the box is already open and you are caught/seen opening any boxes you will be charged for that item! Bring the boxes to front and we will open them!" Okay, FIRST off they lose several stars for this because if opening boxes is a problem then WHY don't you just check the boxes at the register when the customer brings them up AFTER they are done shopping?? You are gonna check the boxes anyways, which holds up the line regardless, so just open the boxes AFTER the customer is done so you will KNOW they are stuffing boxes!! For example: "Oh, you have a box here with grilling accessories and after looking inside the box I found the accessories along with a pair of sunglasses and Spider-Man stickers? I'm sorry but I'll have to charge you for the other items." Or, have a damn heart and charge them for only 1 or 2 of the items!! Seriously, you're making money regardless and have a heart during the holidays!! You're gonna check the boxes anyways right!?! Not to mention, WHY DON'T YOU HAVE AN EMPLOYEE THAT IS DESIGNATED TO OPEN BOXES INSTEAD OF HAVING A CASHIER DO BOTH THE CHECKING OUT AND THE CHECKING/OPENING OF BOXES because the employee who I brought my boxes up to was on her personal phone, checking people out at the register while expecting customers to bring up boxes to the front of the store. I understand if you are overwhelmed and overworked then just remember the customers come FIRST, it's the holidays and to be a little more lenient with people opening boxes! No, you have to bring the boxes to the front and experience what my mom and I experienced. I brought a half dozen boxes up to the front and after waiting for this employee to get off the phone, she opened all of them and after 5 minutes of her opening the boxes, she wouldn't let off one item I wasn't even remotely or slightly interested in because she kept saying, "I can't believe you don't want this!?!" NO, I DON'T WANT IT! STOP PRESSURING ME! I DON'T NEED IT AND I TOLD YOU THAT THREE TIMES! WORST experience I've ever had at a bin store and one of the WORST customer experiences I've had at any store. They get two stars because as I've been here before in the past and found quite a few nice, cheap and actual items I was looking for yet with the ever increasing berating of customers over policies and procedures, I will probably not be going back to this location. read more

Check out the best day for you to go! Thursday is the cheapest day (but most picked over) and Friday is the most expensive (but too high for unknown quality?) Plan time to browse I recently lowered my rating because they have segued from bin sales to now include low end furniture and cbd. I love a bin store! This is the closest one to me, so it's my most visited. I love Saturdays, and Tuesdays are my other day to go. Always find something! The hunt for treasures keeps me coming back. and everyone has always been nice there. read more

When it comes to customer service this place has no tolerance for questions. As a new customer I was no fully aware of all of the ends and outs. when I asked questions at the counter the mid aged lady with the hoodie and pulled back ponytail. was not really in the mood for questions. The experience was very distasteful. I hope they can get a better handle on their customer service skills. No one should ever have to feel like this when trying to patronize a company. read more

I was not helped properly and treated rudely. I have not received a response from corporate. I was made to feel as if their error was my fault. I would never go back. I had to spend more money to rectify my problem and still didn't get a fair resolution. Unfortunately, it costed me more money and time than I anticipate. I do not recommend this business. read more
